Accreditation Card Process
Team positions : Athlete, Chief de Mission, Team Official / Coach / Staff, Medical Officer, Media Staff
Entry form should be submitted by electronic mail. If this is not possible, entry information must be send by post. Each member of the team must submit
personal photo of passport size, taken within the last 6 months. Please sent photos by email – preferably in *.JPG format and use surname for file name !!!
Visa requirements
Please check with your local Embassy or High Commission to see what the Visa requirements for entering are for your country.
Insurance
Participants will have to provide for their own accident and liability insurances. The organiser excludes any liability and assumes no responsibility for loss or
theft of materials or personal belongings during the Junior World Games 2010.
Flag and National Anthem
Nations are requested to provide the LOC office with an electronic copy of both their National Flag and Anthem or the link to a website from where the
correct information can be downloaded. This information is required by 27th June 2010.

Transportation
The Organizing Committee will provide transport for teams by bus or train from airport on arrival and departure day.
Please note: Transports are only offered from Prag or Brno airport to Olomouc and way back.
The Organizing Committee will also provide shuttle buses for all athletes, team officers, technical officers and staffs during the Games in Olomouc.
Accommodation
The IWAS Junior World Games 2010 team accommodation place will include: Hotel Flora, Hotel Hesperia and University campus.
Twin-bed rooms will be provided to teams and single room will be provided for the Chief or Manager of the Team.
Additional single rooms will be at extra cost. Accommodation will be on bed and breakfast basis. Lunch and Dinner will be provided at the venues
Payment Regulations
All payments need to be made to the AK Olomouc above mentioned bank account !!!
Refund Policy
70% Refund: Athletes and Staff who withdraw from the IWAS World Games will receive a 70% refund until 27th July 2010
No-Refund: After 27th July 2010 no entry fee will be refunded.
Athlete Replacement/Substitution: Nations can replace/substitute competitors of the same gender, class and event for those that have to withdraw for
what ever reason up to 2 weeks (02/08/2010) before the start of the games.
Rules
Technical aspects of the meeting as well as classifications are subject to the rules of IPC Athletics and IPC Swimming.
Recognition of results by IPC
Athletes must be licensed by IPC before the start of the competition.
IPC Licensed athletes must have a valid, current, IPC Review or Confirmed International Classification to be eligible to have their results recognized by IPC
for the purposes of rankings, records and qualification for future events.
Doping controls
The IWAS Doping Code applies, please see http://www.iwasf.com/iwasf/index.cfm/anti-doping/
Athletes can be tested for doping at any time, during or outside of competition.
