What it is
Europe’s version of the U.S. green card
It’s a work and residence permit for skilled people
who are not in the European Union.
It provides comprehensive socio-economic rights and
leads to permanent residence in Europe.
It was designed to make Europe more attractive to
professionals from outside the European Union.
Who can Apply
- Highly qualified or skilled workers
- Researchers
- Can be a student or vocational trainees
- Average age 30-40
How to Apply
- Have to be a non-EU citizen and qualified worker
- Need to file an application
- Need a university diploma
- Need to have a job waiting in new country
- Proof of your salary exceeding 1.5 times as host
state
- A written declaration from employer
- A valid travel document
