a) Court bookings for all aspects of the junior and adult tennis programmes
and team matches i.e. where multiple court bookings are required in advance
for groups, will be booked by the system administrator Karen Dervish
b) In particular, the booking of indoor courts for Holiday or Half Term
Courses MUST be approved in advance by the Tennis Committee and will be
added to the system by the system administrator
c) If there is low attendance for a course or a programme session is
cancelled, any unused courts must be released, coaches must let the system
administrator know as soon as possible so that the sessions may be freed
up in the system for members to book.
d) Any cancellation of existing private member bookings for coaching
purposes MUST be approved by the Tennis Committee, this CANNOT be
authorised by a Coach alone.
e) Please note that ‘TENNIS COACH’ account indoor court bookings are
subject to the same cancellation and refund policy that applies to other
members i.e. to avoid loss of booking fee the court must be cancelled by 12
midday 2 days before the session is due to take place.
