Vision
Grant School District 3 Schools embrace the ever increasing challenges of living in the world today and thus seeks
to engage the community in united efforts that will ensure all children reach their fullest development in academic,
vocational, physical, and social education.
Mission
It is the mission of Grant School District 3 to engage all students in meaningful programs which meet the highest
educational and ethical standards with a caring, and collaborative learning community, and to ensure each student
achieves academic and personal excellence, becomes a lifelong learner and is a responsible citizen.

Strategic Goals
 To increase academic achievement for all students in Grant School District as evidenced by local and state
assessment results.
 To provide and maintain a safe, orderly and secure learning environment.
 To create an environment that promotes active engagement, accountability, and collaboration of all
stakeholders to maximize student achievement.
 To effectively communicate the system’s vision, mission and core beliefs and allow stakeholder
involvement.
 To provide high quality support services delivered on time and within budget to promote student
academic success in Grant School District 3.
 To recruit and retain highly qualified and effective staff.
