HOW TO GUIDE (V1 20 Sept 2016)
(IMPORTANT – BEFORE YOU START DO THE FOLLOWING;

GET ALL THE PLAYERS EMAIL ADDRESSES.
THE SYSTEM RECOGNISES EMAIL ADDRESSES AS THE PRIME IDENTIFYER SO IF AN EMAIL
ADDRESS HAS CHANGED THEN YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE NRL TO RESET THE
EMAIL ADDRESS FOR PREVIOUS PLAYERS.
How to register your team for the Cherryatrics Carnival.
Go to this we address;

The following screen will appear.
Click on ‘New Team Registration” – as per the red arrow below.
The following screen will appear and you will need to fill in .
In the drop down box for ‘Competition to Join’ select 2016 Gala day – Young’
In drop down box for ‘Club Name’ – select ‘NRL Masters‘.
Then enter your Team Name, in full, along with the Managers details etc – anything that is marks with
a red asterisk must have an entry.
Then hit the green button.
The following email will be sent to your email about your TEAM Registration.
The next screen will appear.
The system will allow you to send emails to your players – see red arrow section.
Simply put in each players email address, separated by a semi colon e.g [email protected];
[email protected]
See example below of email addresses added.
Then hit the grey button “invite teammates now” – an email will be sent.
If you have forgotten an email address then they can be added later.
The red arrow is pointing to the statememnt about adding team mates if you have forgotten any.
This email will be provided to the individual
Simply click ‘here’ on the email to go to the Registration page or go to the following link;

Select 1 and then continue (green button)
On the next screen, enter your email address.
NOTE: PLEASE USE THE LAST EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USED TO REGISTER LAST TIME
FOR MASTERS. THE SYSTEM REMEMBERS PEOPLE BY THIS EMAIL ADDRESS.
Then press the green button ‘Continue’.
IT will then ask you for your password. If you have forgotten the password, then simply hit the ‘forgot
password’ button and an email will be sent showing how to reset the password.

Email received if the email has been requested to be reset.
Simply hit the ‘Click to reset password’ hyperlink.
Enter your new password, according to the criteria, must have one Capital letter etc.
Then hit ‘Save new Password”
The system will then direct you or ask you if you want to continue, hit yes or the hyperlink to continue.
If you get lost in the system somewhere simply go to this hyperlink to log on again.

GO TO THE DROP DOWN BOX AND SELECT YOUR NAME – THE SYSTEM WILL THEN GO TO
THE NEXT PAGE.
DO NOT HIT THE GREEN BUTTON FOR “NEW PLAYERS REGISTRATIONS” IF YOU HAVE
PLAYED MASTERS FOOTY BEFORE.

PLAYED MASTERS FOOTY BEFORE
If you have registered and played Masters footy before then the majority of the fields will be
completed. Simply check and hit the Green button to go to the next screen.

Complete the form with your details.
Then hit the Green “Confirm” button.
That should be it!
