Honduras on behalf of the foresaid company, its true and legal attorneys with special, ample and sufficient
power for obtaining from the respective national offices and authorities in the Republic of Honduras,
registrations of Trade Marks, Service Marks, Collective Marks, Certification Marks, Slogans, Commercial
Names, Emblems, Sign Boards, Geographic Indications, Applications or Denominations of Origin and other
distinctive signs, Patent of Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs and Copyrights, as well as any other
matter related to the aforesaid, such as within others, renewals, assignments, mergers, change of names and
address, licenses, certifications, duplicates, constancy, payment of annuity and rehabilitation taxes,
withdrawals, restrictions or limitations, amendments, objections, oppositions and filing of appeals,
cancellations, nullities and responses, this power not being revocable without a special mention in a later
power, for which purpose authorize them to take before the said authorities all the necessary steps to said end;
to file petitions, declarations and claims; to draw up and sign specifications, to pay all taxes and installments
and affect all other payments established by law and withdraw the same if necessary; to received all documents
and accept assignments on its behalf; to receive all documents and securities giving proper receipts; to comply
with all their requirements and, in short, to take all those measures which may deem fit for the protection of its
interest; and in case of opposition when the case is passed of the Courts, authorize said agents to act on its
behalf as plantiff as well as defenders before the competent Judges and administrative authorities with all such
power to make arrangements, submit to arbitrators; to desist, collect, to file appeals, to prove working and
further powers as may be required; and hereby declare from now as valid and good all that said agents may do
for its benefit, authorizing them also to substitute or delegate the present document if thought proper and to
revoke and resume such substitutions or delegations if necessary.
