A simple game with shapes for the younger ones
What you need:






2 cards (from applebox – the card the appels are placed in a
appelbox – se pictures below) If you don´t have that you can use a
carton paper. This game was made for 2 children but you can do more
cards if needed
Paint (I used the paint the children paint with in my preschool)
Shapes in different colors (I used ring, rectangle, square and triangle)
The shapes I made in the computer were 3x3 cm. but the rectangle
was 2x4 cm
Laminator machine and plastic
Scissors
Basket for the shapes
What you do:



Paint the shapes in the „appleholes“ I did each shape in 5 different
colors
Make the shapes in the computer in the same colors as you painted
and print them out.
Cut the shapes, put them in plastic and run them through the laminator
machine. Cut them again
The game:
This is a very simple game that 2 and 3 year olds like a lot. The kids pair the
loose shapes with the shapes painted on the applecarton by putting the
same shape and color in the holes
