Quotation Call for Supplying Books for Library
Academic Centre, Indian Council of Philosophical Research, 3/9-Vipul Khand,
Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, invites quotations from the interested book suppliers for
supplying the books for its exclusive Library for books in Philosophy by filling up
relevant information in the following table format (with sending a soft copy in
Excel format by email to [email protected]). Extra rows may be added, and
books on which same / similar rate of discounts are given may be kept together in
order. A catalogue may also by attached both with hard and the soft copy. The valid
permission / license / profile of similar supply of books and any other related
information along with the information related to payment may also be mentioned
in the covering letter with (self-attested copy of their proofs). Any more
information, if not covered in the format, but is considered by the party as relevant,
may also be supplied along with the quotations. Some more information may also
be asked, if required. The decision of ICPR is final about all the matters of the
quotation.
Last date of submitting the quotations: 24th Feb., 2017.
