start in the middle. Ball starts on the outside of the box, four players quickly move the
ball around, rotating the ball direction when need be, the goal of the outside box is to
complete all pass with out dropping the ball and to successfully make the adjacent pass
across the middle. The three players in the middle will make a rotating triangle, one
player has ball the other players have right or left, if the ball moves left the player that
had left now has ball, the player that had ball now becomes right and the player that
had right now has left. The players in the middle need to defend the adjacent pass by
keeping sticks up and intercepting passes or throwing hard pokes. We are looking for
several things in this drill, the outside player can make hard quick passes moving the
ball around quickly and that they are able to protect the stick and recognize the
adjacent pass when open.
