ticketing etc. The ride was
about 9.718 kilometer
from
Mansarovar
to
Chandpole. There were
eight elevated stations
(Mansarovar , NewAtish
market, Vivekvihar, Shyam
Nagar, Ram Nagar, Civil
Lines, Railway Station,
Sindhi Camp and an
underground
station
Chandpole). It took us
almost 15 minutes to
reach Chandpole.
Inter house competition showcases the incredible

1. Second event for the day was Inter
house Spell Bee Competition held for
classes III-V to improve their listening
and speaking skills. Many rounds were
there to enhance their vocabulary.
Students enjoyed the competition
thoroughly and learned many new
words.
2. Third event for the day was Diwali card
making competition for classes VI-IX.
Students made very beautiful cards
and wrote beautiful messages based
on Diwali

The most awaited event of our School
Calendar, the Annual Sports Day of our
school was held on 23rd of October 2015.
The whole playground was decorated with
flags, buntings and balloons. The Day began
with the lighting of torch by the Sports
Captain and Ms. Shubhra Mukherjee, our
Senior Co-Ordinator. The event began with
100m, 200m and Relay Race for Senior
students. Everybody was waiting for the
Pre-Primary children to begin their races as
they sat there beautifully decorated with
masks. When they started running the
spectators were wild with joy and their
thundering applause was continuous. There
were races for Parents as well:



Our teachers also enthusiastically
participated in the event.
The 100mts, sprints for 'women' and 200mts race for
'men' was organized. The event concluded with the Prize
Distribution Ceremony. Trophies, Medals and certificates
were given away to the winners by Ms. Shubhra
Mukherjee and Admin Head, Ms. Pooja Chouhan.
Everyone enjoyed the day thoroughly.

1. 27th Oct’ 15 was a day full of various
activities. Inter house fancy dress
competition was organized for Class
I & II and the theme was “Fairy
Land”. Students participated with
full enthusiasm. They were dressed
in beautiful dresses which were
admired by all.
2. Second competition, The Inter
House Spell Bee Competition was
held for classes III-V to improve
their listening and speaking skills. A
few rounds were held to test their
vocabulary. Students enjoyed the
competition thoroughly and many
new words.

The
U-12
Football
tournament was played in
Ryan International School
from 7.10.’15 to 9.10.’15.
Our school team which was
coached by Sh. Deepak had
some big wins (4-1) in the
pool games and made it to
the semifinals where they
defeated the host team
Ryan International School
by 4-0.
9th October dawned with a
greater challenge as the
final
match
scheduled
against Ryan International
School.
Everyone
was
tensed as the competition
was tough. The match
ended with a score of 8-8,
but our team managed to
get the trophy with the
penalty shoot outs.
