Guidelines for Out-Of-Province box teams attending OLA Invitational Tournaments / the Ontario Lacrosse Festival
The following conditions must be met by all Canadian-based teams:

Completion of non-OLA participation application
Letter of permission from Provincial Governing Body (CLA Member Association)
Letter or Email from the Invitational Tournament I Event Convener confirming application
Declaration from participating team acknowledging competition occurs under the OLA’s Constitution, playing and equipment rules
Players are properly registered with their teams
Proof of $5,000,000 liability insurance coverage
