Family Discounts: For those families with multiple children the YMCA will discount $5 per additional child for Y members and $10 per additional child for non-members. A cap for payment for families is set at three children so child four or more is free! Payment Options: The Cambridge YMCA accepts cash, check, debit card or all major credit cards as forms of payment. Please make checks payable to the Cambridge YMCA. Games and Practices will be held at the fields located across the street from North Elementary Important League Information Please keep this sheet to reference during the league. Parents: All players need to attend a brief meeting to get team roster, practice, and game schedules at the YMCA on Wednesday April 19th at 5-7 pm. Stop anytime during those two hours to get your team info. Registration must be in by April 15th Game Schedule: th th Thursdays May 4 – June 15 Games will be held at the North Elementary fields on Deerpath Dr in Cambridge Please Note: Your child’s team will be assigned a number, locate that number on the schedule. Refer to the time and the field they play on each week. Game Jerseys: Your child will receive one t-shirt based on their team color and the size that marked on their registration form. This t-shirt will be distributed by the coach of your child’s team on no later than May 4th. Picture Day: Janell Williams Photography will take all individual photos for those that wish to purchase a package. Picture Day will be Sunday April 30th with a rain date of May 7th. Picture schedules will be provided with game schedules. Picture packets will be available on April 19th. Please Note: If you would like pictures you will need to purchase a package. The YMCA will not provide pictures. Please register at the Cambridge YMCA Family Center member services desk located in the Health Living Center. The completed form as well as payment is required to register. Phone, fax and mail registrations are NOT allowed. Registration Fees: YMCA Members $25 All Others $50 (Members rates refer to the child having a youth membership or being a part of a family membership. Those children that are not stand-alone members or part of a family membership are required to pay non-membership rates.) Refund Policy: Registrations eligible for refund are those requesting a refund during practice weeks. They will be submitted as a check request and take time to process and be subject to a $10 charge. After games have started the YMCA will NOT refund registration. YES, I am interested in volunteering… Parent volunteer coaches are a big part of making our programs successful. If you would like to help coach your child’s team, please fill out the following information. The YMCA stands behind the policy that every parent volunteer has a complete background check provided at the YMCA’s expense. Each volunteer is required to complete a volunteer application which is only valid for one calendar year. Each volunteer is required to complete a free online training regarding concussion protocols each calendar. Volunteer applications will be mailed to each volunteer or are available at the member services desk.
