a. Under the FOI Act I wish to request figures showing how many serving police
officers have been investigated for allegedly committing sexual offences in each of
the following calendar years:
i. 2012
ii. 2013
iii. 2014
For each case in each year please state
b. the rank of the officer
c. the nature of the alleged offence eg. sexual assault, rape, misconduct in public
office relating to inappropriate sexual behaviour etc
d. the outcome of the investigation
e. the number of investigations that involved victims of crime in each of the
calendar years stated above.
Please only provide this information if you are able to supply it within the statutory
cost limits.
The Professional Standards Department have provided the following information:

The data below excludes investigations for only comments/behaviour e.g. flirting.
The data below does not include members of the special constabulary.
