Restrictions on Annual Passes & Rentals

Golf Car Rental—Each annual pass holder is entitled to the use of the
golf car fleet at Black Mountain. In purchasing an annual pass each pass
holder agrees to pay for any and all damages to the golf car while in said
pass holders possession. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of
the annual pass and its privileges.

Annual Couples Pass - In order to qualify for this annual pass rate the
couple must reside at the same address (no exceptions)

Outside Alcohol - BC liquor laws clearly state that no outside alcohol be
brought onto the property. Annual pass holder’s caught bringing outside
alcohol onto the property will result in the suspension of the annual pass
and its privileges.

Structured Payment Plan - Failure to comply with the payments schedule
will result in the suspension of the annual pass and its privileges until the
balance is paid in full

Pass holders may book a maximum of 1 tee time per day. Additional tee times
will be available on a walk on basis

The Black Mountain Golf Club reserves the right to be closed to accommodate private and large functions. Notices of such closures will be given in
advance.

The Black Mountain Golf Club assumes no responsibility for any individual
property damage or bodily injuries incurred while at the club.

Any annual pass refund, credit or portion thereof will only be issued with
a documented medical reason (policy document available upon request)

Pass holders may book up to 7 days in advance through our on-line booking
engine, and 5 days in advance via the Golf Shop. Bookings must include all
player’s names, and cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice. In the case of no-Shows, Black Mountain Golf Club reserves the right
to charge a cancellation fee to the individual that made the booking.

Season’s Pass Holder Annual Cart Waiver
“In respect of the golf car that I am renting, for each and every round
of golfed played in the 2017 season, I agree to return it immediately following the completion of my round in the same condition as I received it
(normal wear and tear excepted). I agree to pay for any damages to the
golf car while it is in my possession.
I further agree to hold Black Mountain Golf Club and its parent companies, its management staff and employees, together with its shareholders and directors, harmless from any damage or claims of any nature
whatsoever as a result of my use and possession of the golf car.
I represent that I am familiar with the use of the golf car and can and
will operate and control it in a safe manner.
During the period that I am in possession of the car, I will ensure that no
one without a valid driver’s licence operates it.”
