1. ACCESSING THE ONLINE TICKET RECORDING SYSTEM
To gain access to the online ticket recording system please go to the following link:
www.gaa.ie/ncdticketsystem
Please use the Username and temporary Password which was issued to your Club.

2. VALIDATE USER DETAILS
Once you log in you will be requested to validate your user details and to choose a new password.
You must also select a club position. If you do not hold an officers position on your club’s current
committee please select Club Draw Liaision Officer.
You will only need to validate your user details on the first login to the system. Once you validate your
details an email will be sent to the email address that you have provided confirming your username
and new pasword.
You will not be able to use the system until your user details are validated.

3. THE HOMEPAGE
Once logged in and you have validated your user details you will be automatically brought to the
system’s homepage. Here you will find:
a) The Ticket Status of your club’s tickets showing a summary of the total tickets allocated to
your club, the total tickets sold and unsold by your club
b) The News pane where all the current news and updates on the Draw will be shown
You will also find the main tabs at the top of the page which contain the following information and
functions:
HOME
Summary of the club’s ticket sales and current news updates on the Draw.
TICKETS
Recording of ticket sales and excel exportable reports.
POSTERS & FLYERS
Downloadable promotional material such as official posters and flyers.
CLUB DRAW
USER MANUAL
Downloadable Draw information such as full prize details, terms and
conditions of the Draw and full contact list for all County Liaison Officers.
Downloadable user manuals for Club and County Administrators.
SUPPORT
Two support email options for either technical or general Draw queries.
USER PROFILE
View/update your user details and change your password if required.

4. TICKETS
This is where you will record the details of your club’s ticket sales and obtain excel exportable reports.
Here you will find the tickets that have been allocated to your club.
Your club’s details will be automatically filtered by Year, Province, County and Club.
You can filter your club’s tickets in the following ways:
1. The 'Club Number' – your club’s designated number for the Draw
2. The 'Ticket Status' – drop down box choosing All, Sold or Unsold tickets
3. The 'Ticket From'/’Ticket To’ – choose a specific range of tickets

TICKETS – Ticket Status Filter
To see all the tickets that are allocated to your club:

Select the 'Ticket Status' filter and choose ‘All’ from the drop down box

Select SEARCH
You can also use the Ticket Status filter to show just Sold or Unsold tickets if you wish

TICKETS – Recording & Editing Tickets
To record the ticket purchaser’s details:

Select EDIT at the end of the row of the ticket that you wish to enter details for

Enter the ticket purchaser’s Name, Address and Contact Number

Remember to tick the box to change the ticket status to ‘Ticket Sold’

Select UPDATE to save the details entered

TICKETS – Copy & Paste Functionality
To enter the same ticket purchasers details for more than one ticket:

Select COPY on the ticket row of the details that you wish to re-enter for another ticket

Select PASTE on the ticket row of the ticket that you wish to enter the details for
The tickets do not have to be in sequence to use this copy and paste function

TICKETS – Exporting Ticket Sales Records
To export an immediate copy of your club’s ticket sales records:

Select SOLD in the Ticket Status filter

Select EXCEL EXPORT

5. GENERAL NATIONAL CLUB DRAW INFORMATION
Ticket Details & Allocations








Tickets are €10 each and are printed in books of 5 tickets.
Each club will receive an initial allocation based on last year’s ticket sales.
Each club will receive a minimum of 200 tickets in their initial allocation.
Each club can request additional tickets if required.
Each club can obtain up to 2,000 tickets.
Clubs can only sell tickets that have been allocated specifically to their club.
Participation in the Draw is not compulsory.
Each County has assigned a designated G.A.A. National Club Draw County Liaison Officer who
will coordinate the collection of tickets from Croke Park, the distribution of tickets to each
club and the reconciliation of tickets returned by each club.
Important Dates






Tickets to be distributed to all County Liaison Officers from Saturday, August 15th 2015.
Please contact your respective County Liaison Officer to confirm the collection of your club’s
ticket allocation. Contact details can be found in the main Club Draw tab on the system.
Additional tickets can be requested up until Friday, January 29th 2016.
All tickets to be returned to your County Liaison Officer by Monday, February 15th 2016.
Tickets returned after this date will not be included in the Draw.
The G.A.A. National Club Draw will take place on Friday, March 11th 2016.
General Terms & Conditions
Please note that the Draw is subject to terms and conditions as outlined on the back of the ticket. It is
also important to note that clubs are not permitted to purchase tickets in their own club name or to
give free tickets away for any purposes.
Every ticket must be accounted for in accordance with the licence obtained from the courts and as
such the details of the tickets sold by your club must be entered into the online ticket recording
system. Tickets that are returned but not entered on the online ticket recording system will not be
entered in the Draw.
All funds raised from the G.A.A. National Club Draw by each club must be reflected in their annual
accounts, which are submitted to their respective County Boards.
