2017 Fall Season and Team Information:
Season Information:









Managers meeting will be on July 24st, 2017
Game Season starts early/mid-August and ends the week of October 1st, 2017 and will consist of 8
games minimum. The game scheduling meeting is set for each division on 7/31. Times for each
division are TBD
Games are played on weekends and week nights. Practices may start on August 1, 2017. You can
practice during the season.
No games will be played over Labor Day Weekend.
There will be a scheduling meeting for each division which allows managers to get together and
determine the dates/times they want to play, plus if there are interested in scheduling more than 8
games.
Managers must register players as a complete team.
Manager will provide RHLL a roster with individual eligibility information and a medical waiver for each
player when registering.
Any players registering who live outside RHLL charter boundaries must complete residency waiver
form, get it notarized and submit to RHLL for LL approval.
Tentative Scheduling meeting date is August 4th.
Team Information:
Little League bat restrictions apply for all divisions
Managers will register players as a complete team within one of 3 divisions:
 AA – designed for players 9 and under.
o This division is designed for boys planning on playing AA division in 2018.

Majors – designed for players 11 and under.
o This division is designed for boys planning on playing Majors or AAA division in 2018.
Teams may also play teams from IM division.

Intermediate - designed for players 13 and under.
o This division designed for boys planning on playing IM division in 2018. Teams may also
schedule games with teams from Majors or JRs.

Juniors - designed for players 14 and under.
o This division is designed for boys planning on playing Juniors in 2018.

Managers can register teams to play up (11 year old team can play with 12 year old team as an
example) to increase the competition level if desired.
Team Fees:



$1,100.00 which includes jerseys, hats, insurance (if all players live within RHLL Boundaries), game
balls, equipment (helmets, catchers gear, bats, etc. if needed)
$1,000.00 if you register by July 15, 2017th
Umpire fees are $20.00 per team per game and will be collected before the start of each game.
Individual Fees:
RHLL will allow for players to register individually and we will try to assist in signing the player to a team if
possible.

Registration Information:
If you are NOT a returning/approved RHLL Manager or Coach, you will need to submit a
coach’s application subject to a background check. No Manager or Coach is permitted to
interact/coach a child or be on a field until they have an approved background check.
A required Manager’s meeting is scheduled for Monday July 24st, 2017 where we will go over
the general ground rules for the season. No team standings will be kept by RHLL.
Managers are encouraged to provide information on team, intended division of play, rosters via email to
