Court Policy for the West Branch Tennis Club

GUEST POLICY – Guest of a member may sub in contract sport 4 times a year. Guest MUST sign
in at front desk before playing.

Non-member usage of open court time / contract subbing limited to 4 times a year.

Court time & lessons have a 4 hour cancellation policy. “No Shows” will be charged for that
reservation. Full charges apply.

All players must wear Tennis Shoes! No basketball shoes, cross trainers, running shoes or shoes
with a black sole unless marked as non-marking sole.

Proper etiquette, respect of the facility, courtesy to other players, and proper language is
expected at all times.

No hitting the courts, nets or backdrops.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and are grounds for being banned from future use
of WBTC.

Use of courts prior to or beyond assigned times is subject to charge.

Teaching / Instruction on WBTC courts only by WBTC staff pros.

WBTC reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule court time for any reason deemed appropriate
per sole discretion of management.

Food and beverage consumption on tennis courts is not permitted.

WBTC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We are a no smoking, no pets facility.

Ball machines are prohibited. Rental of WBTC ball machine available.
All play is at your own risk and player(s) represent that he/she is in good physical health.
