Rules A Team shall consist of 7 players. A Team can play with a minimum of 5 players. The OFFENSIVE Team must have 4 players on the line of scrimmage at the time of the snap. Substitution of players is allowed between plays and during time outs. Equipment and Facilities All players must wear shoes Rubber cleats are allowed Towels may not hang from player’s waist or interfere with the removal of a flag All flag belts must be free of knots No covering of flag Shirts must be tucked in Start of the Game and Timing Toss of the Coin The winning team captain will choose Whether his/her team will start on Offense or Defense The goal that his/her team will defend Two time-outs per half are allowed per team Games consist of two 20 minute halves 3 minutehalf time Game Rules A team shall have 4 consecutive downs to advance the ball. If a team reaches the midfield by 4 plays, they will maintain possession and continue with 4 NEW downs to advance the ball and score. If a team fails to reach the midfield by 4 plays, the opposing team will take over possession from that spot.
