bid will then be allowed to raise their bid on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 1:00 PM at McKinney’s on Southside located in Benson, MN. Successful bidder will enter into an “AS-IS” purchase agreement and will be required to provide $30,000 in non-refundable, certified funds made payable
to “Hughes Real Estate and Auction Service, LLC Trust Account” on the day of the auction. Buyers premium will apply. Possession will be given
day of closing. Real Estate taxes due and payable in 2012 will be paid by the Sellers, 2013 and subsequent years will be paid by the Buyer. Closing will be on or about March 6, 2013 at the offices of attorney Donald Wilcox, 1150 Wisconsin Ave., Benson, MN 56215. The Sellers have the
