Rules for “$15,000 Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge” Promotion
1. Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
2. This event is Retail.
3. Patrons must be a Club Kickapoo member. Club Kickapoo membership is
free and may be obtained at Club Kickapoo. A valid photo ID (state or
federally issued identification card, passport, or resident alien card) must be
presented at the time of enrollment.
4. The 1st Qualifier will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 4pm – 6pm.
5. The 2nd Qualifier will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 4pm – 6pm.
6. The 3rd Qualifier will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 4pm – 6pm.
7. Patrons must compete in a Qualifier for the chance to be a “Challenge
Finalist.”
a. Patrons are allowed to compete in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Qualifiers if they do not
qualify from a previous Qualifier.
8. The 1st Qualifier will begin at 4pm on Sunday, March 6 and continue until 6pm
OR all registered competitors have competed OR 25 males and/or females
have automatically qualified as a Challenge Finalist.
9. The 2nd Qualifier will begin at 4pm on Sunday, March 13 and continue until
6pm OR all registered competitors have competed OR 25 males and/or
females have automatically qualified as a Challenge Finalist.
10. The 3rd Qualifier will begin at 4pm on Sunday, March 20 and continue until
6pm OR all registered competitors have competed OR 25 males and/or
females have automatically qualified as a Challenge Finalist.
11. The Qualifiers will consist of contestants shooting as many basketballs as they
can within a 30 second time frame using the provided Basketball Shot Game.
All scores will be logged.
a. Contestants will be granted 3 warm up shots prior to the 30 second
timed shots.
b. Qualifiers will be conducted in rounds of 10 contestants. Once there
are 10 contestants signed up, the competition will begin with the 10
contestants competing. This process will repeat as needed.
12. Contestants that make 5 or more shots in the game will automatically qualify
as a Challenge Finalist for the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand
Prize Contest on Sunday, March 27, 2015 at 4pm.
13. Dependent on the number of automatic Challenge Finalist from the 1st
Preliminary Competition, contestants that made fewer than 5 basketballs
may be considered to qualify as an automatic Challenge Finalist to the
Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest.
a. If there are not enough automatic finalists to reach a total of 25 males or 25
females, then contestants who made 4 Basketballs in the game may qualify for
the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest in chronological
order of participation.
b. This will continue down to 3 Basketballs made, 2 Basketballs made, 1 Basketballs
made depending on available Challenge Finalist spots in each male & female
category.
14. Dependent on the number of automatic Challenge Finalist from the 2nd
Preliminary Competition, contestants that made fewer than 5 basketballs
may be considered to qualify as an automatic Challenge Finalist to the
Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest.
a. If there are not enough automatic finalists to reach a total of 25 males or 25
females, then contestants who made 4 Basketballs in the game may qualify for
the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest in chronological
order of participation.
b. This will continue down to 3 Basketballs made, 2 Basketballs made, 1 Basketballs
made depending on available Challenge Finalist spots in each male & female
category.

Preliminary Competition, contestants that made fewer than 5 basketballs
may be considered to qualify as an automatic Challenge Finalist to the
Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest.
a. If there are not enough automatic finalists to reach a total of 25 males or 25
females, then contestants who made 4 Basketballs in the game may qualify for
the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest in chronological
order of participation.
b. This will continue down to 3 Basketballs made, 2 Basketballs made, 1 Basketballs
made depending on available Challenge Finalist spots in each male & female
category.
16. The Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest will consist of
up to 25 males and 25 females from each Preliminary Competitions totaling
up to 75 males and 75 females to compete at the Kickapoo Casino
Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest.
17. To qualify for the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest,
patrons must participate and qualify in a Qualifier.
18. After the Qualifiers are complete, all Challenge Finalists may attend the
Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest at Kickapoo
Casino Harrah in the Eaglerock Lounge on Sunday, March 27, 2015 with
registration starting at 3pm & the contest starting at 4pm.
a. All Challenge Finalists will be called on the Monday following the
Qualifier in which they qualified at.
19. All 75 male and 75 female Challenge Finalists can begin to check-in at 3pm.
Challenge Finalists will be able to participate in the order in which they
registered. The Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest
Round 1 will begin at 4pm. Once the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge
Grand Prize Contest Round 1 has started, check-in will close.
a. If a Challenge Finalist has not checked in by 4pm, they will forfeit their
eligibility to compete in the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand
Prize Contest Round 1.
20. The Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest Round 1 will
consist of contestants shooting as many basketballs as they can within a 30
second time frame using the provided Basketball Shot Game. All scores will
be logged.
21. After all eligible Challenge Finalist has competed; the Top 10 Challenge
Finalists scores from both male & female categories will be announced and
asked to return to the Eaglerock Lounge to participate in the Kickapoo
Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest Championship.
22. The Top 10 Challenge Finalists scores will be determined by the number of
basketballs made playing the Basketball Shot Game.
a. If there is a tie to complete the Top 10 scores, the tie breaker will be
determined by the chronological order of registration.
23. The Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest
Championship will consist of the Top 10 Challenge Finalists scores for each
male & female categories competing for the Top 10 places for prizes.
24. The Top 10 Challenge Finalists will participate in the order of lowest score to
highest score from Round 1 of the Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge
Grand Prize Contest Championship.
25. The Kickapoo Casino Basketball Challenge Grand Prize Contest
Championship will consist of contestants shooting as many basketballs as
they can within a 30 second time frame using the provided Basketball Shot
Game. All scores will be logged.
26. Once all Top 10 Challenge Finalists have competed, the scores will be tallied
and the winners will be announced.
27. Both male and female categories will pay out the Top 10 Challenge Finalists
of each category with prizes.
a. 10th thru 8th place Challenge Finalists will receive a $100 kickback prize valid
March 27, 2015 until March 28, 2015.
b. 7th thru 4th place Challenge Finalists will receive a $250 cash prize
c. 3th place Challenge Finalists will receive a $500 cash prize
d. 2nd place Challenge Finalists will receive a $750 cash prize
e. 1st place Challenge Finalists will receive a $5,000 cash prize

If there is a tie amongst the Top 10 scores, the tie breaker will be
determined by the chronological order of registration.
28. Patrons may request and receive their kickback prize in kickback chips.
29. Patrons must possess a valid photo ID to participate in promotions.
30. Patrons may qualify once at each promotion time.
31. Any applicable taxes, fees, or gratuities are the responsibility of the participant.
32. Kickapoo Casino management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by
these rules in a manner deemed to be the fairest to all concerned. This decision shall
be final and binding for all participants.
33. Kickapoo Casino reserves the right to cancel or amend this or any promotion
without prior notice. Notice of these changes will be posted at the Player’s Club.
34. By participating in this promotion, guests are aware and understand all rules and
regulations set forth for this promotion.
35. If a patron signs the promotion eligibility/photo release form, but does not qualify
under the rules and regulations of the promotion, they will forfeit their winnings and
all prizes must be returned to Kickapoo Casino within 30 days.
36. Kickapoo Casino employees are not eligible or allowed to participate and/or win
any Kickapoo Casino cash or prize drawings to include “games of chance” &
system generated drawings.
37. Kickapoo Casino employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to win any
Kickapoo Casino cash or prize drawings to include “games of chance” & system
generated drawings.
38. Employees’ immediate family members may participate in earned giveaways unless
otherwise noted.
39. Employee’s “immediate family members” include spouse, children, brother, sister,
and parents. Each prize winner is required to sign a photo release and eligibility
form confirming they are not related to any employee of Kickapoo Casino.
