The monthly fee shown is not reflective of the actual month the payment is made but rather is
simply the remaining balance still owed spread evenly over the course of 8 payments.
*For families registering after the start of the school year, contact TALS for a prorated tuition
schedule.

Last Minute Request/Hourly Extended Care Rates
Request needs to be made by 5:30pm the preceding evening prior to the morning care is required
or the morning of- the day care is required. TALS reserves the right to decline availability to provide
care when short notice is provided if TALS has a conflict or is unable to provide care due to inclement weather or for any other reason.
●Last Minute-Add an Hour-$15 or Add a Half an Hour-$10
Monthly Add On Care Rates-Choose Your Days & Hours Monthly As Needed
Monthly care can be requested/added for the upcoming month if request is made prior to the start of
the upcoming month. A minimum of 8 hours of added care is required (extending through the
month) to receive the rate listed below. Children requiring care after 12:30pm are welcome to stay
until 1pm or 3:30pm. Add on care cannot accommodate children needing to leave between the
hours of 1:30-3:30pm due to TALS scheduled Nap/Rest period during this time (Exception-if TALS
does not have children registered to stay during this time). Please understand if an exception is
made, this can change w/ less than a month’s notice if current or new families require/request their
child/ren stay through the Nap/Rest time (3:30pm). Thank you for your understanding.
●Add an Hour-$10 or Add a Half an Hour $6
(Min. of 8hrs. added-required per month)
►When Last Minute & Monthly Added Care requests have been made and approved by TALS,
payment is required regardless of whether your child attends or not on requested days-as staff
has been provided to accommodate these requests regardless of whether children attend.
Additional Information
*Children need to have turned 3 by Sept. 1st to attend the preschool/PreK program.
*TALS believes children of various ages can co-learn together and inspire one another
in a safe, cooperative, collaborative environment.
*Fees have already taken into account any daily/monthly program closure dates.
*Program closure days due to inclement weather will not be made up.
*When registering for an ACW program, ½ the total balance will be due with a Registration packet to our CCRI/TALS P.O. Box 221 Crownsville, MD. 21032 address no
less than seven business days prior to the first day.
*Placement priority will be given to siblings of currently registered families and/or families
requesting a Mon.-Thurs. or Mon.-Fri. Program.
