CAM LOCK FITTINGS
Cam-lock fittings - also known as cam and groove couplings - are used in a wide variety of applications for
liquid and dry product transportation. Standard sizes for Cam Lock couplings are 3/4" up to 6". Materials
include aluminum, brass, stainless steel and polypropylene. Applications for Cam Lock couplings include
petroleum handling, chemical processing, dry bulk handling, rail car unloading, agricultural, and water. These
couplings are popular because of the quick connect design - it's quick and easy to make a connection.

STORZ COUPLINGS
Storz Couplings have an identical locking head with no separate male or female halves
and are available with BSP male and female threads, or serrated hose tails for fitting into
rubber hose. Blank caps are available for shutting off delivery when not in use. The
maximum working pressure for this range of couplings is 16 Bar and they are stocked in
aluminium alloy.
The Storz Coupling locking head possesses 2 lugs. Any combination of female, male,
hose tail or blanking cap can be secured together with the same lug dimension (this is
sometimes referred to as The Ka distance and is expressed in millimetres). The common
Ka distances are 31mm, 66mm, 89mm & 133mm although numerous other sizes are
offered. Storz spanners are available which engage with the coupling housing to ensure
a trouble free & leak proof seal is obtained. Storz fittings are suitable for water and a
wide range of other fluids. Storz Couplings are commonly used on
tankers for powder blowing systems.

Band It ® strapping is used on various suction and delivery assemblies to fasten fittings.
Band and buckle can be quickly formed to suit virtually any diameter.
Band It ® strapping is available in different Materials, 201 Stainless Steel, 304 Stainless
Steel and 316 Stainless Steel.

Air/Water/Heavy Duty Couplers
ClawCouplers normally used on compressors, available from ¼ to 1” including Male,
Female and Hose Tail couplings, complete with separate seals on request.
GekaCouplers Normally used on water application for quick connect and disconnect,
available from 3/8 – 1 ½ Includes Male,Female and Hose Tail couplings, complete with
separate seals on request.
KwikfitEvertite Fittings Various Kwikfit Evertite fittings,made form cats iron includes
clamps and fittings normally used in mining or heavy duty applications.
WHIPCHECKS
Safety cables should be used on all blast hose and air hose connections to reduce the
danger caused by hose coupling failure. Safety cables are available from blast line in two
sizes: [1/8 dia - 20 1/4 lengths, 1/4 dia - 38 1/4 lengths] designed for 1/2" to 1 1/4" od
hose and for 1 1/2 to 3" od
HAND BUILT HOSES
Various hand built hoses for specific purposes are also available on request. Hoses for
bunkering, air, water, food, oil, suction, delivery, pulp and slurry with requested, non
specific or standard sizes, ranging from different lengths and for different applications
with different pressure limitations can be built by our manufacturing supplier. Complete
with Cuff (soft) or reinforced ends, Non toxic or anti static with specific temperature
ranges, built in flanges, swivel flanges etc.
STAINLESS STEEL METALIC HOSES
The Stainless Steel Flexible hose is suitable for all those application of conveyance of
fluids or gas, where problems of pressure, vacuum, temperature, vibrations & corrosion
exist. The main application of Stainless Steel hose assembly is where inter lock metal
hose, synthetic rubber hose, plastic hose does not give satisfactory performance. These
Stainless Steel Flexible hoses can be put to service in Refineries, Chemical industries ,
Power plant, Reactor installation, steel plant & many other type of industries to convey
oil, gasoline, LPG, toluene, benzene, petrol, alcohol, LSHS steam, other derivatives &
highly corrosive chemicals. Stainless Steel Flexible hoses are assembled to your
requirements. All fittings are welded onto the hose in our in house workshop. Sizes
Range from ¼ Inch ID to 8” ID.
