Energy Action has the largest pool of NABERS expertise in the country. The CBD Program requires building spaces of 1000m2 and over to obtain a Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC) before the building goes on the market. Our team is accredited to undertake CBD Tenancy Lighting Assessments (TLA) and we provide everything you need for your BEEC.
