Job Purpose

To deliver coaching sessions and education programs on projects for Strategic National and
International Market Places of City Football Group
Key Responsibilities

To deliver the program requirements of the specific aims and objectives of the project

To deliver all MCFC coaching philosophies, methodology and coaching principles

To deliver coaching sessions and education programs to local coaches, teachers and
students in the City Football Schools methodology

To plan, prepare and review the program

To organise and structure coaching sessions and education programs in a professional
manner

To communicate the program practically and the theory to participants, partners and key
stakeholders

To evaluate the project to enhance the future delivery of the program with participants and
key stakeholders

Compliance with Club policies and health and safety procedures
Qualifications
Essential
Experience


Achieved FA level 3 (UEFA B)

FA Coaching License member


Emergency Aid Certificate, Valid DBS

certificate, Valid Safeguarding Certificate
Desirable

FA Coach Educator Award (GTT) or
equivalent teaching – assessor





players, coaches and other members

Ability to understand and implement a
coach education program and
To have proven experience working with
young players

from varying backgrounds and cultures
To be able to educate coaches or teachers
in football development
To have proven experience working with
teachers or coaches in football
development
To have the knowledge of working with
specific age groups to educate player
pathways
Preferably worked in a football environment
