All-In-One DISCOUNT
Introduction
All-In-One DISCOUNT Add-on is most effective tool for all kind of organization. Every kind of small or large
organization’s require various discounting options. It will help to enter Purchase and Sales entry with different
type of discounts like discount on Quantity, Value and Percentage etc.
All-in-one Discount Features:
1. This Add on works on both Sales and Purchase invoice
2. Discount on Quantity basis (e.g. Rs.5/ Per bag)
3. Discount on Value/Amount basis (e.g. Rs.20/ deducted from value)
4. Discount on Percentage basis (e.g. 2% on Value as cash Discount)
5. Indirect Discount effect on item value but get deducted on Ledger
6. Separate Net Discount on Amount (e.g. Rs.40 Deducted from Value)
Important!
As a best practice it is advisable to take back up your company data
before installing the Add-on
Setup Guide
1. Activate the Add-on
For Tally.ERP 9 Series A version lower than Release 3.2
Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-on Features
Set “Yes” to the options “Enable All-In-One Discount to?”

2. Enable Voucher type
Gateway of TallyAccount InfoVoucher TypeAlterSales/Purchase or any other voucher
related to sales or purchases. Then set the option “Yes” for “Enable All-In-One Discount?”
A new popup window will open as mentioned below
Select the desired Discount Type from popup list

3. Go to Gateway Of TallyAccounts InfoMulti DiscountAll-In-One Discount
When we select
“yes” in the indirect
disc it means that we
just add a ledger in
discount type.
In the All-In-One Discount Setup, create the discount according to your requirement. The discount will
be divided into four categories. And you can define the discount in Value, Q uantity and value (%).

4. Gateway of Tally>Accounting VoucherF8Sales
When we select the item a new window is open and that window we can select the discount type which
is already created by us.
According to our discount type the discount amount will be calculated.
If you wish to give more discount for the item there is one more column called “Net Disc Amt” you can
specify the extra discount details.

How discount is calculated

QD= Quantity Discount
QDsec= Quantity discount secondary (Indirect Discount to be shown below invoice)
CD=Cash Discount
Now in above Qty = 100 Pcs Rate=100/Pcs Value= 10000 (Qty X rate)

Case-I
2Qd= 100-2=98/Pcs
Now
Qty=100 Pcs
Rate = 98/Pcs Value= 9800 (Qty XRate)
Discount Value=1000-9800=Rs200
Case-II
5Qdsec=Here we calculate discount amount
(100 X 98)- (100 X 93)= 500 Discount amount shown in bottom part of Invoice (Indirect Dis)
Case-III
10% Cd : Cd will be calculated on Gross Balance Value
Here balance Value is 9800
Discount = 9800 X 10%= 980
Total Direct Discount= (200+980) Case-I + Case-III = 1180 ( As shown in above image)
Net Discamt= It’s a flat amount discount further more needed directly deduct from balance value

Now similar we can set the other entire item.
After all the entry is completed than we can print this Invoice by pressing Alt+P
There are some settings in the printing configuration:-

When we set all the option to yes then the new column will added into the invoicing.
And to see this changes just see the print preview. Shown below
