FRAMES ‘N’ GAMES BIRTHDAY PARTY PLANNER
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All of the Birthday Parties are for a minimum of 10 children. The birthday child is
included in the 10. If you have less than 10 children, you will still be charged for 10
children. However, the adults are welcome to join in to make up for the 10. If you have
more than 10 children, you will be charged for each child over the 10. The Bowling
Party is $18.99 for each child, the Game Day Party is $16.99, and the Ultimate Party is
$23.99, and the Triple Play Package is $28.99 per each child over the number of 10. This
is plus tax and gratuity. If you have more than 10 children, you will need to let us know,
as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee space availability to increase your party, unless
you originally booked for more, but we will do as much as possible to accommodate the
increase.
2. You may bring in a cake. Ice cream and goody bags are provided. Please, no other
outside food or drink is permitted.Special arrangements for allergies may be considered.
3. The deposit, for the reservation of a party, is $50.00. It is non-refundable and will be
deducted from the balance to be paid at the end of the party.
4. To cancel a party you must call 24 hours before your party time. The deposit is nonrefundable, but if you let us know within the 24 hour period, it can be moved to another
date and time depending upon availability.
5. The Bowling Package is for a minimum of 10 children. It’s a 2 hour party that includes
bowling, bowling shoes, invitations and thank you notes (both are printable from our
website at www.framesngames.com) , party supplies (plates, cups, napkins, tablecloth),
each child gets a kid’s meal and soda (you pick the same choice for all children), a
Birthday T-shirt for the birthday child, goodie Bags, Ice Creams, and a $5.00 arcade
game card per each child, and a Party Host. The Party Host will stay with your party for
the entire party, and we add a 15% gratuity, based on the entire package cost before
taxes, for the host. This party does NOT come with a party room.
6. The Games Package is for a minimum of 10 children as well. It’s a 2 hour party, in a
party room, that includes (1) game of Laser Tag, (2) 5 D Motion Movie Rides, the
invitations and thank you notes (both are printable from our website at
www.framesngames.com), party supplies, each child gets a kid’s meal and soda, a
birthday T-shirt for the birthday child, Goodie Bags, Ice Creams, a $10.00 arcade game
card per each child, and a Party Host. There will be a 15% gratuity also added to this
package for the Party Host.
7. The Ultimate Party Package is everything with our Bowling Party Plus (1) attraction
either (1) game of Laser Tag or (1) 5 D Motion Movie Ride, the Birthday Child receives a
$10.00 Game Card and 100 redemption tickets, and the guest children receive a $5.00
Game Card each. This party does Not come with a party room.
8. The Triple Play Package is a Bowling Party Package Plus (1) game of Laser Tag, Plus (1)
5D Motion Movie Ride, the Birthday Child receives a $20.00 Game Card with 100
redemption tickets, and the guest children receive a $10.00 Game Card each. This party
does Not come with a party room.
9. The time the party is scheduled for, is when it begins. You may arrive early, but your
party will start at the scheduled time. Please remember to be on time, as we have
parties scheduled all day, before and after your party, which doesn’t allow us to extend
your party if you are late past the scheduled time it was reserved to begin and end.
10. If you would like to order extra Pizzas for your guests, on the day of the party, just
order these at the beginning of the party with your party host. The party host will add
this to your final bill. If you would like to order extra Party Platters, please order those
in advance, preferably when booking your party.
11.The Party Host is in charge of the party and it’s scheduled times. He or she has been
trained to set up the party, follow scheduled times, take you to the attractions, help
serve the food, drink, and cake, and clean up after the party, to make sure that the party
is a success.
