Day of Game
i.
Pregame Locker Room Access
Media may have access to the locker rooms for a period of
up to FORTY-FIVE (45) minutes, ending SIXTY (60) minutes
before the game. Media wishing access to locker rooms
prior to a Game must make a request to Kathryn Eckhart,
who will make arrangements with the Atlanta Blaze. Media
is prohibited access to locker rooms starting SIXTY (60)
minutes before the Game and ending no more than TEN
(10) minutes following the completion of the game.
ii.
Postgame Locker Room Access
Following each Game, all Players are required to remain at
field level and sign autographs for fans. Media wishing to
interview individual Players or Coaches may do so on the
field. If Media wish to have further access to Players or
coaches, or Media wish to gain entry into locker rooms,
said Media must make a request to Kathryn Eckhart, who
will make arrangements with the Team(s). A Head Coach
may keep the locker room closed to Media for the purpose
of a postgame Team meeting for no more than TEN (10)
minutes from the time the last Player clears the field
following autograph signing. Teams shall remain on site
for a minimum of FORTY (40) minutes after the conclusion
of the Game for interview purposes.
iii.
Postgame Interview Room
If Media volume warrants such an arrangement, Kathryn
Eckhart shall arrange a Postgame Interview Room to
conduct a press conference. In such a scenario, both Head
Coaches and ONE (1) to TWO (2) Players from each Team
shall be available to all working Media for questions in a
location neutral to both Teams.
Off-Day Access
All off-day practices will be made open to Media for the final
THIRTY (30) minutes. Immediately upon the conclusion of the
practice, all coaches and Players will be available on the field or
in the locker room for a minimum of FIFTEEN (15) minutes for
Media interviews. Kathryn Eckhart, in conjunction with the Head
Coach, is responsible for determining the length of each
interview session depending on Media needs.
