TORONTO RAPTORS GAME EXPERIENCE ONLINE SURVEY (the “Contest”)
RULES & REGULATIONS (“Contest Rules”)
Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of
these Contest Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
1. Eligibility: No Purchase Necessary. The Contest begins at 9:01 am EST on Tuesday April
3, 2013 and closes at 11:59 pm EST on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 (the “Contest Period”).
This Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario 18 years of age and older who live within
a 75 mile radius of the City of Toronto. Employees (and their immediate families and those with
whom they are domiciled) of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (“MLSE”), the Toronto
Raptors (collectively, the “Contest Sponsors”), the National Basketball Association and its
Member Teams, NBA Properties Inc., and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, officers, governors, agents, their advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible
to enter. Immediate family includes the husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, mother, or
father of an individual.
2. How To Enter: Visit https://nba.turnkeysurveyor.com/se.ashx?s=705E3F0F094ACEC6
completely fill out and submit the Toronto Raptors Game Experience Online Survey,
including the contest entry form. Upon completion, you will be automatically entered. In
order to be eligible to win the prize, entries must be received during the Contest Period.
Contest entries are limited to one entry per person.
All entries will become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned. Entries
which are incomplete or fraudulent are null and void. Multiple entries using the same email
account or using any device to play multiple times or as multiple contestants will result in
disqualification. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified
by reverse domain name search. Potential winners may be requested to provide Contest
Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address associated with the selected entry. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by
the decisions of the Contest Sponsors, which are final with respect to all matters relating to the
Contest. The Contest Sponsors accept no responsibility for entries which are lost, misdirected
or delayed for any reason. Nor is any responsibility assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture
of entry information, including (but not limited to), malfunction, human error, lost/delayed/garbled
Internet/e-mail transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any
telephone, technical, network, online, or hardware or software or any combination hereof.

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won.
The Grand Prize consists of the following:
Lunch for winner and one (1) guest at e11even Restaurant with Jerome „JYD‟ Williams.
(time of lunch and seat location within the restaurant to be determined at sole discretion
of MLSE). Maximum value of the lunch is $400.00 CDN.
One (1) Toronto Raptors prize pack that consists of:
o One (1) autographed Toronto Raptors basketball (style to be determined by
MLSE)
o One (1) Jerome Williams autographed Toronto Raptors jersey (specific size and
style to be determined by MLSE)

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $650.00 CDN
All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein, including (without
limitation), transportation to and from Air Canada Centre, gratuities, entertainment, concession
food and beverages, items of a personal nature, alcoholic beverages and any expenses not
specifically included are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the
Contest Period.
4. Draw/Winner Selection:
A random draw will be conducted at the offices of MLSE on or before Friday, April 12, 2013 at
approximately 1:00 pm to determine the potential Grand Prize winner.
Before being declared the Grand Prize winner, the selected entrant must: (i) correctly answer a
time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or the use of a calculator,
administered at the time of contact; and (ii) the winner and his/her guest must sign a Declaration
of Compliance with the Contest rules and a Release of Liability, releasing the Contest Sponsors
and the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties Inc., and each
of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, agents (collectively, the
“Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with: (i) entrant‟s participation in the
Contest; (ii) the acceptance and use of any prizes awarded in the Contest; and (iii) the
administration of the Contest by the Contest Sponsors, including (without limitation) the
selection of prize winners or the distribution of prizes awarded in this Contest. The Declaration
and Release documents must be returned on or before the date indicated on the documents or
the prize will be forfeited.
If a selected entrant cannot answer, or incorrectly answers, the skill-testing question, or, in the
case that an eligible Grand Prize winner fails to respond to the notification within twenty-four
(24) hours of the first attempted contact, or if MLSE is otherwise unable to contact the selected
entrant within such time, or if the selected entrant / eligible Grand Prize winner refuses or fails to
return executed declaration and release forms for the selected entrant / eligible Grand Prize
winner and their respective guests, or if a selected entrant otherwise does not meet any of the
Contest eligibility requirements, or satisfy any other Contest conditions, that entry may be
disqualified and another entry may be selected. The process may continue until a Grand Prize
winner has been selected and confirmed.
5.
General Rules:
The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and no prize substitutions of cash or otherwise
or transfer of the Grand Prize will be made, provided that the Contest Sponsors may make prize
substitutions of equal or greater value. With respect to the Contest, no telephone contact or
correspondence will be entered into except with potential prize winners.
By entering the contest all entrants consent and acknowledge that MLSE shall have the right to
use his or her name, likeness or photograph, any and all information related to the Contest,
including information on entrants obtained through the Contest, for purposes of running the
Contest and, where expressly consented to, for marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Entrants‟ information shall not be provided to any third party unless the entrant grants its

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to hold harmless and indemnify MLSE, Toronto
Raptors, National Basketball Association, NBA Properties Inc and their respective parents,
subsidiaries, and affiliates, their respective directors, governors, officers, shareholders and
employees and their respective promotional and advertising agencies (collectively the
“Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named
or described) with respect to or arising out of: (i) entrant's participation in the Contest, (ii) the
receipt or use of the prizes awarded therein, or (iii) the administration of the Contest and the
distribution of prizes awarded therein.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations and all
decisions of the Contest Sponsors, which decisions are final with respect to all matters relating
to the Contest, including (without limitation) the selection of the Grand Prize winner. All
decisions made by the Contest Sponsors with respect to any aspect of this Contest are final.
The following are prohibited and may result in automatic disqualification from the Contest: (1)
using any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (2) non-compliance with these
Contest Rules; and (3) any other act which the Contest Sponsors determine, at their sole
discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the Contest.
The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and/or to
terminate, modify or withdraw this Contest, in whole or in part (including altering the manner in
which the prizes are distributed), at any time, without liability and without prior notice, for any
reason at their sole discretion, including, but not limited to, viruses, bugs, tampering or other
causes beyond the Contest Sponsors‟ control affect the administration, security, fairness or
proper play or conduct of the Contest. In the event a substitute prize is awarded, such prize
must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Further, the
Contest Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person and void any entries of that person
who it believes has tampered with the entry process or any other component of the Contest,
whose conduct or action affects the administration, security or fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of the Contest, or who fails to meet or abide by the Contest Rules and conditions.
The Contest Sponsors do not assume any responsibility for tampering, theft, defects, viruses,
human errors including negligence, deletions, technical or telephone, computer line, network,
server, access providers, computer equipment or software problems, undeliverable messages,
computer errors, lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries or inaccurate capture of
information or any online difficulties that may result in damage or malfunction the computer or
the failure of the Contest Sponsors to process any entry and otherwise award the Grand Prize.
Nor is responsibility assumed for printing errors appearing in these rules or related Contest
materials. In addition, the Contest Sponsors will not assume any responsibility of any nature
whatsoever in all cases where their inability to hold the Contest or to remit a prizes to the
winners results from a cause beyond their control, including Acts of God, weather conditions,
strike, lock-out or other labour dispute. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to
undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and
should an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and
damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
