cent sale starting Thursday. It includes all good in the store with a
few exceptions on household items.

Aug. 22 — Massena Village Police
arrested Scott Elliott Kocsis, 24, of
105 Woodlawn Ave. with seven
violations related to a 2:06 a.m. incident in the Willow St. parking lot
of the Rusty Wheel tavern.
Kocsis allegedly struck another
vehicle, a pedestrian and the
tavern intentionally. He was charged with driving while intoxicated,
reckless driving, leaving the scene
of a Vehicular accident, leaving the
scene of a personal injury accident,
criminal mischief, aggravated use
of a motor vehicle and second
degree assault.
Koscis was being held in the
Village Jail pending his attempt to
post $2000 bail and is scheduled to
be moved to the County Jail in Canton otherwise.
Violation of Protection Order
Aug. 22 — Massena Village Police
arrested John P. Davis, 32, of,
Masfena at 8;25-a.mi o n a com-plaint from Cathy Davis for violation of protection order. He was
remanded to family court.
