Identify and apply Rugby’s core values to coaching behavior A coach must demonstrate competency in 20 competencies to achieve certification as a Level 300 coach. Additionally, each coach must show competency for the 3-bolded criteria. This coach will receive accreditation COMPETENT (C) – performed at the minimum standards defined for 20 competency criteria. This coach will receive accreditation. NOT YET COMPETENT (NYC) – performed below minimum standards.
