The Department of Environmental Protection is not responsible for bids mailed but not arriving at the post
office box by 12:00 NOON EDT, July 12, 2017. All bids received by the bid submission deadline will be
publicly opened at 2:00 PM EDT, July 12, 2017.
The minimum acceptable bid will be $3,000.00 in US dollars. Any bids that are less than the minimum
acceptable bid will be considered counterproposals and will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.
