GENERALREGULATIONS
ARTICLEI:PLAYERELIGIBILITY
Section1:Tobeeligibleaplayermust:
1. LivewithintheboundariesorattendaschoolintheBethelSchoolDistrict.

2. Beintheappropriategradelevelthatisofferedandplayforthegradetheyareenrolledin(kindergarten–6 grade).
Exception:
• Achildhaspreviouslybeenamemberofateamandthechildwasheldbackatschool(thechildmaycontinueto
playforhis/herpreviousteam).
Section2:Homeschoolandprivateschoolchildrenwillfollowthebelowprocess:
1. Mustprovidebirthcertificateandproofofresidencyorschoolattending.

2. Mustbe5yearsoldbytheBethelSchoolDistrict’scutoffforattendingschoolinkindergarten(August31 ).
3. Mustplayforthepublicschooloftheirresidency.
4. ChildrenattendingprivateschoolswithintheBethelSchoolDistrictboundarieswillplayforthepublicschoolnearesttothat
privateschool.
Exception:
• Iftheprivateschoolhasenoughplayerstocompleteateam,theymayhavetheirownteam.
Section3:ChildrenattendingspecialprogramsintheBethelSchoolDistrict:
1. Childrenbussedoutoftheirresidentschoolforspecialprograms(Endeavorprogram,etc.)mayplayfortheirschoolof
residence(nottoincludeElkPlainSchoolofChoice–notaresidentschool)orplayfortheschooltheyattend.
ARTICLEII:ENTRYFEE&REGISTRATION
Section1:RegularOnlineRegistrationorWalk-inRegistration:
1. All participants must have a completed registration filled out either online at bethelrec.org or as a walk-in
registration at select locations and have paid the entry fee of $50.00 during the regular published registration
dates.
Section2:ScholarshipRegistrations:
1. Allapprovedscholarshipchildrenmustberegisteredandpaid(thereducedpriceof50%offtheregular
registrationfee)beforetheclosingoftheregularregistrationperiod.
Section3:WaitListProcess:
1. Anychildthatmissedtheregularregistrationmayregisteronlineforthewaitlist.Thewaitlistwillbeopenforone
weekfollowingtheclosingoftheregularregistration.
2. Childrenonthewaitlistarenotguaranteedtobeplacedonateamorifplaced,notwiththeirschool.
3. ChildrenwillonlybeapprovedandplacedonateambytheprogramcoordinatorandtheBethelRec.Director.
4. Childrenapprovedtobeplacedonateamwillberequiredtopayanadditional$10.00(latefee)totheregular
registrationfeeandwillnotbeabletoparticipateuntilthefeesarepaid.
5. Childrenaddedtoteamslatewillnotbeguaranteedashirtorifashirtisprovided,itmaynotbeavailableforthe
firstgameorteamphoto.
ARTICLEIII:FORMINGOFTEAMS
Section1:PlayerPlacement:
1. Childrenmustbeplacedonteamsfortheirschoolandgradethattheyattend.
Exception:
• Aparticulargradehasinsufficientplayerstocompleteateamandtheprogramcoordinatorhasexhaustedallother
optionstheymayplayupONEgradelevel.
• Childrenbussedoutoftheirresidentschoolarea(nottoincludeElkPlainSchoolofChoice–notaresidentschool).
• Childrenattendingaschoolthatcannotcompleteateam.
• Ifachildplayedforanotherschoolteamthepreviousyear(duetonothavingateamattheirownschoolorown
gradelevel)itonlyappliesforoneyear.Thenextyeartheyhavetoplayfortheirownschoolorgradelevelifthere
isenoughtocompleteateam.
• Exception:Ifachildchosestostayontheirpreviousteamatanotherschooltheymaydosoaslongas
thereisroomontheteam.(Ifthepreviousteamiscompletewithchildrenfromtheirownschool,then
thechildmustbeplacedontheirownschoolteam).
2. Childrenregisteredbytheclosingoftheregularregistrationmustbeplacedonteamsbeforeaddingchildrenfrom
thewaitlist.
3. Teamsformedforeachschoolandgradewillremainateam(aslongastheyareregisteredproperlyduringthe
publisheddeadline).
Section2:SplittingTeams/SeniorityProcess:
1.
Whenoneteambecomeslargeenoughtosplitintotwoteams,thefollowingproceduremustbefollowed:
• Childrenthathavebeenontheteamthelongest(senioritybasis)willstayontheoriginalteamifthey
desire.
• Thenewestablishedteamwillbeformedwithchildrenwhohavelessseniority.
• Everyattemptwillbemadetosplittheteamevenlyandfindanadditionalcoach.
Section2:Recruitingplayers
1. Norecruitingchildrenfromotherschoolsorgradelevels.
ARTICLEVI:TEAMROSTERS
Section1:PlayersonRosters:
1. Allchildren/playersmustbeontherosterbeforetheymayparticipateinpracticesandgames.
Section2:ReceivingRosters:
1. CoacheswillreceivearosterfromtheirprogramcoordinatorattherequiredCoachesMeeting.
2. Anyrevisionsmadetorostersmustbegivenimmediatelytothecoachesandupdatedonteamsideline.
ARTICLEV:TRANSFERS
Section1:Playersmaytransferteamsonlywhentheyhavealsotransferredschools.
EXCEPTIONS:
• WhentheBethelRec.Director,ProgramCoordinator,coachesand/orparentsagreeatransferisbestforthechild.
ARTICLEVI:RELEASES/TRADINGOFPLAYERS
Section1:Nocuttingordroppingofplayersbecauseofhaving“toomanyplayers”.
Section2:Playersmaybedroppedfordisciplinaryreasons.TheBethelRecreationDirectormustbenotifiedbeforeplayer(s)maybe
dropped.Therewillbenorefundoffees.
Section3:NOtradingofplayers.
ARTICLEVII:COACHES(HEADANDASSISTANT)
Section1:EachyearvolunteercoachesmustadheretothefollowingguidelinesbeforebeingallowedtocoachforBethelRecreation
sportsprograms:
1. Beatleast18yearsofageandoutofhighschoolorifunder18yearsofageandinschool,mayassistantcoach
withanadultheadcoach.
2. CompleteandPassanon-linevolunteerbackgroundcheckthroughtheBethelSchoolDistrict.
3. Completeanon-lineVolunteerCoachApplication.
4. SignandabidebytheCoachesCodeofConduct.
5. CompletecertificationforSuddenCardiacArrestandConcussioninYouthSportsthroughNFHS.
6. Returnallequipmentfromthepreviousseason.
Section2:Volunteercoachesarerequiredtoattendthepre-seasoncoach’smeeting.
Section3:BethelRecreationvolunteercoachesareplacedwithteamsaccordingtothefollowingguidelines:
1. All volunteer coaches who participated in the previous season for that sport and abided by the Coach's Code of
Conductandreceivedasatisfactoryvolunteerevaluationattheendoftheseasonhaveprioritytocoachthesame
teamthefollowingyear.
2. Abilitytocommittotheentireseasonandisavailabletocoachduringthetimesoftheprogram.
3. Returnedallequipmentfromthepreviousseasonthattheycoached.
Section 4: When the head coach cannot be present or is coaching more than one team he/she must have an assistant coach or
anotherperson,whoisbackgroundcheckedandconcussion/SCAtrainedtobeabletostepinandcoach.BethelRecreationwilltry
toaccommodatebutcannotguaranteegameschedulingconflicts.
ARTICLEVIII:SCHEDULES/GAMES
Section1:ForallBethelRec.programs(exceptbaseball/softball)allteamswillbescheduledtoplayseven(7)games(possiblyeight
(8)games),ifthereisanunevenamountofteamsinoneleague.Forbaseball/softball,teamswillplay10games(possibly11games).
Section2:FormostprogramsgameswillbeheldonSaturdaysandweeknightsafter5pm.Football/Volleyball/Cheer-Theseare
double-headerleagueswithmostteamsplayingtwo(2)gamesback-to-backeachSaturday(possibleweeknightgamesmaybescheduled).
Section3:Allgamesmustbeplayedasscheduled.Gameswillbeplayedrainorshine.OnlySupervisorsortheDirectorcancancel
games.Canceledgameswillberescheduledaslongasitcanbeplayedwithinandnotexceedthescheduledseason.Updatesfor
statusofgamescanbefoundonourwebsiteatbethelrec.org.
EXCEPTION:
• ActofGod.
• Schoolclosures.
Section4:Therewillbenoplay-offgames.Thewinneroftheseasonalhead-to-headgamewillbefirstplace.Iftiedandteamsdid
notplayagainsteachother,thenbothteamswillbeco-championsofthatleague.
ARTICLEIX:FORFEITS
Section1:Ateammusthavetheminimumnumberofplayerspresenttostartagameorthatteamwillforfeit.
Section2:Ifateamdoesnothaveenoughplayers,aten-minutegraceperiodfromthescheduledstarttimewillbegrantedpriortothegame
beingforfeited.
Section3:Agamemaybeforfeitedbecauseofmisconductbyacoach,playerorspectator.
ARTICLEX:TEAMPRACTICES

Section1:Allcoachesareallowedtoscheduletwo(2),practicesaweekthroughouttheseason.K-4 gradeteampracticeswillbeno
longerthanone(1)hour.Practicefor5th&6thgradewillbenolongerthan11/2hours.
Section2:PracticeswillbescheduledatyourhomeschoolbytheProgramCoordinatorunlessfacilitiesarenotavailableyoumaybe
scheduledtopracticeatavisitorschool.
EXCEPTION:
• Acoachiscoachingmorethanone(1)team,mayhaveback-to-backpracticesscheduled.
Section3:OnlytheProgramCoordinatorandDirectorcanrequestfacilityusageforBethelRecreationpractices.Coachesarenotto
callschoolsandaskforpracticetimes.
Section4:Anattemptwillbemadetoschedulepracticestoaccommodateplayersonteamsthatarecombinedfromdifferent
schools.Thiswillallowpropertraveltimeforparentstomakepracticesontime.
Section5:Reschedulingofpracticesisnotguaranteed.TheProgramCoordinatorwillassignallrescheduledpractices.
Section6:AnycoachorteamfoundpracticingoutsidetheallotteddaysandtimesthroughBethelRecreationwillriskforfeitureof
gamesandpossiblythelossoftheirteamandcoachingstatus.
ARTICLEXI:TEAMUNIFORMS
Section1:AllteamsarerequiredtoweartheBethelRec.T-shirtprovidedastheoutermostgarmentunlessyouregisteredlateand
onecouldnotbeprovided.Noadditionalfundsshouldbecollected.Lossofcoachingprivilegescouldbeassessedforviolationof
uniformrules.
Section 2: Teams can add names to the back of their uniforms at a minimal cost only if all parents agree and there is financial
assistanceofferedforthosethatcannotaffordtheadditionalfee.Coacheswillcoordinatenamesonshirtswiththeshirtcompany.
ARTICLEXII:CONDUCT
Section 1: Coaches, players, and spectators MUST follow all BSD rules and regulations including- NO use of alcohol, tobacco,
smokelessandvapor/e-cigarettes,marijuanaandNOanimalsonBSDproperty.Coaches,playersandspectatorscannotswear,be
abusive,strikeanofficialorremoveateamfromthegame.
***Penalty:Possibleremoval,suspensionandforfeitureofgame.
Section2:Everyplayer,spectatorandcoachmustfollowtheBethelRecreationCodeofConduct.
Section3:Jewelryisprohibited(includingearrings).TapingjewelryisNOTacceptable.Religiousandmedical-alertmedalsarenot
consideredjewelry.Areligiousmedalmustbetapedandwornundertheuniform.Amedical-alertmedalmustbetapedandmaybe
visible.Hairaccessoriesmustbeofasoftorpliablematerial(noplasticheadbands).
Section:4:Playersarenotallowedtoplaywhilewearingacastorsplint.
ARTICLEXIII:PROTESTS
Section1:ThereareNOprotestsinBethelRecreationsportsprograms.
Section 2: Teams found guilty of violating eligibility and participation rules are subject to suspension and forfeiture of games.
CoachesmaycontacttheBethelRecreationDirectorofpossibleparticipationrulesviolations.
Section3:Theviewingofvideotapesorphotoswillhavenobearingontheoutcomeofgames.

ThisprogramwillfollowtheNationalFederationofStateHighSchoolAssociations(NFHS)footballruleswiththeexceptionofBethel
Recreation’sFlagFootballrulesasoutlinedbelow.
GOALSOFTHEPROGRAM

The3 -6 GradeFlagFootballProgramisaninstructionalleaguedesignedtoteachtheproperfundamentalsoffootballinafun-filledatmosphere.
Teamwork,dedicationandgood-sportsmanshipwillbestronglyreinforced.
TEAMS
1. Co-edteamsaredividedintofour(4)separateleagues:3rdGrade,4thGrade,5thGrade,6thGrade.
2. Aminimumofnine(9)andamaximumoffourteen(14)playerswillbeassignedtoeachroster.(Exceptionscanbemade)
THEFIELD
1. Theapproximatelengthofthefieldwillbeeighty(80)yards;whichincludestwo(2)ten(10),yardendzones.Thewidthofthe
fieldwillbeforty(40)yards.
2. Teamsandspectatorswillbepositionedonoppositesidesofthefield.Spectators/teamsarenotallowedbehindtheend
zones.
PLAYERSANDEQUIPMENT
1. Ajunior(#3)sizefootballwillbeusedforthe3rd&4thgradelevels.Anintermediate(#4)sizefootballwillbeusedforthe5th&6th
Gradelevels.
2. Teamsmustfieldamaximumofseven(7)playersandaminimumofsix(6)players.Ateamcanstartwithsix(6)players.Aten-minute(10)
graceperiodfromthescheduledstarttimewillbegrantedpriortothegamebeingforfeited.Ifthegraceperiodisusedthe
gametimewillbereducedto15-minutehalves.
3. Everymemberofateammustwearflagbeltsprovided.Beltsandflagsmustbeexposedandwornaroundplayer’swaistwith
individualflagsaroundthesidesandback.
4. Playersmaynothaveonthesamecolorshortsastheirflags.
5. Tennisshoesorrubbercleatspermitted.Nometalcleatsareallowed.
6. Shirtsmustbetuckedin.Iftheshirtishangingovertheflagbelt,itwillbecalledaflag-guardingpenalty(official’sdiscretion).
7. Jewelryisprohibited.Thisincludesearrings(tapingjewelryisNOTacceptable).Religiousandmedical-alertmedalsarenot
consideredjewelry.Areligiousmedalmustbetapedandwornundertheuniform.Amedical-alertmedalmustbetapedand

SUPERVISION/OFFICIALS

2. Eachgameiscontrolledby2-3officialsand/orasupervisorwhohasfullauthoritytoenforcetherulesofthegame.
3. Alldecisionsofofficialsonallmattersarenotsubjecttoprotest.
DURATIONOFTHEGAME
1. Gameswillconsistoftwo(2)twentyfive(25)minutehalves.Timewillbearunningclock.
2. Halftimewillbefive(5)minutes.
3. Ifthegameendsinatietherewillbeone(1)five(5)minuterunningclockovertimeperiod.Thefollowingrulesapplytoovertime:
A. RunningClockexcept;clockstopsonoutofboundsandincompletepasses
B. Coinflipdetermineswhichteamgetspossession(hometeamcalltheflip).
C. Teamwhowinscoinflipstartsontheirown15-yardline.
D. Eachteamgetsone(1)time-out.
E. Ifaftertheendoffive(5)minutesthegameisstilltied-thegamewillberecordedasatie.
SUBSTITUIONS&TIME-OUTS
1. Eachteamwillbeallowedtwo(2)time-outsperhalf.Thetime-outperiodwillbeone(1)minuteorless.Theclockwillcontinue
exceptduringtime-outsandhalftime.
2. UnlimitedSubstitutionscanbemadeonanydeadballincludingbetweenplays.
GAMEGUIDELINES
1. Scoreandstandingswillbekeptanditisthecoachesresponsibilitytoupdatetheirscoresonthewebsite.
2. Itistheresponsibilityofthecoachtomakesurethatplayersareplayedanequalamountoftimeandhavetheopportunitytoplayboth
offenseanddefenseiftheplayersochooses.(Someplayersonlywanttoplaycertainpositionsandthisispermitted).

3. Coachesmustremainonthesidelineduringaplay.Forthe3 &4 gradeleaguesonly,one(1)coachisallowedonthefieldtosetuptheir
offenseordefenseandthentheymustreturntothesideline.Coachesmustneverinterferewithanyplaybeingmade.
4. Atthestartofeachgame,captainsfrombothteamsshallmeetatmidfieldforthecointosstodeterminewhoshallstartwiththeball.The
visitingteam,aslistedonthegameschedule,callsthecointoss.Theteamthatwinsthecointosshasthechoicetotaketheballfirst,or
defertothesecondhalf.
5. Theloserofthecointosschoosestheendzonetostartplay.
6. Eachplaywillstartandstopwiththeofficialblowingthewhistle.
7. Five(5)secondrushrule-Onceplayhasstarted,thequarterbackhasfive(5)secondstopasstheballbeforethedefensecanrush.Theofficial
willraiseonearmupandcountoutloud1001,1002,1003,etc.totimethestartoftheplay.Oncefive(5)secondsisuptheofficialwilldrop
theirarmtoallowdefensetorush.
OFFENSE
1. Onoffense,theremustbeacenteronthelineofscrimmagethatsnapstheballtothequarterback.
2. Teamswillhavefour(4)downstogainten(10)yardsforafirstdown.
3. Theoffensiveteammusthuddlebeforeeachplayandallplayersmustbeinthehuddle.
4. Teamswillhave30secondstostartaplayoncetheballisspottedandthewhistleisblown.Failuretodosowillresultinadelayofgameand
lossofdown.Twodelaysinarowinthelastfive(5)minutesofthegamewillresultinalossofpossession.
5. Onlyone(1)offensiveplayermaybeinmotionatonetime.
6. Quarterbackscanstartinthe“shotgun”positionorstartfromthelineofscrimmage.
7. Onceplayhasstarted,thequarterbackhasfive(5)secondstopasstheballbeforethedefensecanrush.
8.
Eachmemberoftheoffensiveteamiseligibletoreceiveapass.(Unlesstheplayervoluntarilygoesoutofboundsduringthe
play).
9. Reverses,screenpasses,countersandotheroffensiveplaysareallowed.
10. QuarterbacksmayrunthefootballbutquarterbacksneaksareNOTallowed.
DEFENSE:
1. Tacklingorpushingplayersoutofboundsisnotallowed.
2. Thedefensivelinemustlineupman-to-mantotheoffense.
3. Thedefensemustlineupatleastone(1)yardfromthelineofscrimmage.Theremustbeatleastone(1)yardbetweentheheadsofthe
interiorlinemen.
4. Thedefensecandropbackintoazone,oncetheballhasbeensnapped.
5. Ifanoffensiveplayergoesinmotionthedefensiveplayermustfollowtheoffensiveplayerordropback3yardsoffthelineofscrimmage.
Theonlyexceptionisiftheoffensiveplayerstartsinthebackfield.
6. Onceplayhasstarted,thequarterbackhasfive(5)secondstopasstheballbeforethedefensecanrush.
7. Oncetheballhasbeenhandedofforpassed,alldefensiveplayersareeligibletorush.
8. Onarolloutpass,oncethequarterbackisconsideredtobeoutsidethetacklepositiononeithersideoftheline,thedefense
maythenrushthepasserregardlessofthefive(5)secondcount.
9. Adefensiveplayercannotholdthereceiverinordertopulltheflag.
10. Thedefensecanscoreatouchdownifthepassisinterceptedandreturnedtotheendzonewithouttheirflagbeingpulled.
11. Slapping,striking,strippingtheballandpushingaplayertothegroundoroutofboundsareNOTallowedandaten(10)yard
unsportsmanlikeconductpenaltywillbecalled.(Thegoalofthegameistopulltheflag!)
SCORING
1. Six(6)pointsshallbeawardedforatouchdown.
2. Afteratouchdownismade,theteamwillbeallowedone(1)downforanextra-pointattempt.Anextra-pointconversionmaybeattempted
fromthefive(5)yardline.Two(2)pointswillbeawardedforanextrapointattemptthatisapassplayandone(1)pointwillberewardedfor
arunplay.
3. Ifthedefenseinterceptsthepassonanextrapointconversionandrunsitbackforatouchdown,thedefensewillbeawardedtwo(2)points.
4. Two(2)pointsarescoredonasafety.Asafetyisscoredwhentheteamdefendingthegoalcausesaliveballtogobackoverthegoallineor
whenanoffensiveplayerflagispulledinsidetheirownendzone.Afterasafety,theteamwillpuntfromtheirten(10)yardline.
5. Forwardmotionoftheballcarrierintotheendzoneaftertheflaghasbeenpulledwillnotcountasatouchdown.Theballisdownatthe
pointwheretheflagwaspulledfree.
KICK-OFFS&PUNTS
1. TherewillbeNOkick-offsinthisleague.

2. Teamswillstartattheirownfifteen(15)yardlinetostartthegame,2 half,andafterscoringplays.
3. Thereisnorushingapunt.
4. Ifapuntistobemade,theoffensiveteammustannounceitsintentionsbeforetheballissnapped.Allplayersmuststayonthelineof
scrimmageandintheirpositionsuntiltheballiskicked.
5. Onapunt,iftheballhitsthegroundonthesnap,thepuntermaypickuptheballbutwillhavetwo(2)stepstokicktheball.Theymaynot
runorthrowtheballtheymustkickit.
RUNNINGANDRECEIVING
1. Thereceiver/ballcarriercannotslapatthedefendershands,fanorguardtheflags,stiff-armorhurdleadefender.Hewillbecalleddown
wheretheinfractionoccurs.
2. Oncetheballcarrierhastheballinhispossessionheisnotpermittedtorunthroughadefensiveplayer.Hemustattempttoavoidthe
defender.
3. Spinningisallowedbutplayerscannotleavetheirfeettoavoidadefensiveplayer(nojumpingordiving).Thefirstinfractionwillresultina
warning.Afterthatanyinfractionswillresultinafive(5)yardpenaltyandalossofdown.
4. Theplayermusthaveatleastonefootinboundswhenmakingacatch.
5. Ifaplayercatchestheballorisinpossessionoftheballandloseshisflagsinadvertently,playwillcontinueandonehandtouchwillcomein
effect.
6. Iftheballcarrier’skneehitstheground,theplaywillbeblowndeadandtheballwillbemarkedatthespottheplayer’skneehittheground.
BLOCKING
1. Handblockingshouldbeemployedwitharmsextended.Playersmayusehandstothechestandshoulderareainablockingmotiononly.
2. Emphasisshouldbeonplayersafety.
3. Noblockingfrombehindorpushingplayerstotheground.Nohandstothehead.Nostiff-armingbytheballcarrieroranyotherplayeris
allowed.Nouseofelbows,trippingorgrabbingisallowed.Anyoftheseactionswillresultinanunsportsmanlikeconductpenalty.
DEADBALLS
Playisruled“dead”when:
A. Offensiveplayerflagispulled.
B. Ballcarrierstepsoutofbounds.
C. Atouchdownisscored.
D. Theofficialblowstheirwhistle.

Theplayerwiththeballkneehitstheground.
Asnapfromthecenterhitstheground.
Theballhitstheground(therearenofumbles).Theballisspottedwheretheballhitstheground.Theballremainsinpossessionoftheteam

PENALTIES
1. TheOfficialswillcallallpenalties.
2. Allpenaltieswillbeassessedfromthelineofscrimmage.
3. Officialswilldetermineincidentalcontact,whichmayresultfromnormalrunofplay.

Coaches,players,andspectatorsMUSTfollowallBethelSchoolDistrictrulesandregulationsincluding-NOuseofalcohol,tobacco,
smokelessandvapor/e-cigarettes,marijuanaandnoanimalsonDistrictproperty.
• Coaches,players,orspectatorsmaynotdisrespectfullyaddressoryellatanofficial.
• Coaches,players,orspectatorsmaynotattempttoinfluenceanofficial’sdecisionorarguecalls.
• Coaches,playersorspectatorsmaynotuseprofaneorinappropriatelanguageorobscenegestures.
• Coaches,playersorspectatorsmaynotdisrespectfullyaddress,bait,ortauntanopponent.
• Coaches,players,spectatorsmaynotconfrontofficialsbefore,duringorafteragame.
• Atnotimeshallacoach,playerorspectatormakeathreatofphysicalharmorusephysicalforcetowardsanofficial,supervisor,staff,orother
coachesorplayers.
• Iffamilyorfriendscometopracticesorgames,children/siblingsmustbesupervisedandallgarbagemustbepickedup.
• Theheadcoachisresponsiblefortheconductandbehaviorofplayers,benchpersonnelandspectatorsfromtheirteam.
• Anycoachwhoremoveshis/herteamfromtheplayingfieldpriortothecompletionofagame,orwhocausesagametobeforfeitedbecauseof
theirconducttowardtheofficialshallbesubjecttoimmediatesuspension.
• Coachesmustprovidethenamesoftheirparentsorspectatorswhenaskedbysupervisorsorofficials.
***PENALTY: Any coach, player or spectator who fails to comply with the above rules will be subject to disciplinary action described in Bethel
Recreation’sCodeofConductandincludessuspensionandforfeitureofgames.
Depending on the severity of the violation, supervisors and officials have the authority to remove individuals from the fields. In extreme
circumstancesthepolicemaybecalledifindividualsdonotcomply.
