Forward Skating
Players will start at the goal line and skate forwards to the cone at the faceoff circle
turn and skate back to the far cones on the ringette line.
Forwards to Backwards Skating
Players will start at blue line and skate forwards to the other blue line pivot around the cone and
then skate backwards to the starting blue line.
Puck Control Relay
Players will start in the corner. Skating with a puck, players will go through a series of cones and
then finish near the crease at the goal line.
