NMCEL Annual Conference JULY 23rd -25th, 2014
Hotel Albuquerque
We would like to extend an invitation for you to participate in our upcoming summer
conference as an exhibitor and/or sponsor. We expect approximately 500 attendees,
who will represent all 89 school districts in New Mexico. Exhibitor and sponsor
recognition will occur in audio visual displays, printed programs and signs, based on the
level of support.
This year we are back at the Hotel Albuquerque, in the Old Town area. Our exhibit area
will be made up of 64 six foot tables which will be assigned on a first come first served
basis. Please look at the enclosed floor plan and designate your top three choices. We
will make every effort to assign you near your desired spot. You may email
([email protected]) or fax us the form at which time the spot is held, but the
space is only confirmed upon receipt of payment, which must reach us within two
weeks of receiving the form. Checks only please! (No cash or credit cards) The fee
for each exhibit space remains $450.
Exhibits may be set up beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 and may
be left up continuously. Although hotel security will patrol throughout the night, we
cannot guarantee against damage or theft of items left unattended.
Sponsorships for Continental Breakfasts, Refreshment Breaks and the Reception are
available, as well as an opportunity to advertisement in full color in our Agenda. This
year you may also sponsor the lanyards and conference bags with your company name
and logo imprinted.
A Sponsor/Exhibitor Form is included for your convenience in reserving your exhibit
space and sponsorship. Please return your completed form as soon as possible to be
assured a space.
