1. Contest: Monday Night Football – Guess the Score at CBS Scene! (this “Contest”).
2. Contest Period: This Contest begins at 7:00 p.m. (ET) on September 12, 2011 and ends at
5:00 p.m. (ET) on December 27, 2011 (the “Contest Period”).
3. Rules: These Official Contest Rules, together with the General Rules for all sweepstakes
and contests sponsored by any of the Kraft Group Companies, comprise the entire set of
Official Rules governing the Contest.
4. Eligibility: Contest open only to individual legal residents of CT, MA, ME, NH, VT, or RI
who have attained the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry into
the Contest. Employees of Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors,
employees, agents, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, the judges, and
members of each of their immediate families (i.e. spouses, parents, children and siblings,
and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not
eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter: There is one (1) method of entry for the Contest. To enter, complete and
submit an official entry form available at CBS Scene Restaurant and Bar, located at 200
Patriot Place in Foxborough, MA 02035 during one of the official Prize Periods. To
complete an entry form, entrants must predict (i) the final score of the game during the
applicable Prize Period; and (ii) the team who will win the game during the applicable
Prize Period, and submit the form to CBS Scene personnel.
There are sixteen (16) weekly prize periods and one (1) Grand Prize Period. One (1) prize
will be awarded per Prize Period for Prize Periods 1 – 16, and one (1) prize for the Grand
Prize Period. Entries submitted during a particular Prize Period are eligible to win during
that Prize Period, and, if applicable, during the Grand Prize Period.
Only winners of Prize Periods 1 – 16 will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. All winners
in Prize Periods 1 - 16 will be automatically entered to win the Grand Prize.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per Prize Period, regardless of the method of entry.
Entrants may be eligible to win no more than once per Prize Period.

7. Selection of Winner: The Contest will be conducted over the course of sixteen (16) weeks
and will consist of sixteen (16) weekly Prize Periods and one (1) Grand Prize Period. All
eligible entries received during a Prize Period will be included in the drawing for such
Prize Period, subject to entry limitations.
a) Weekly Winners: One (1) winner, who guessed the correct score of the game,
will be selected from each Prize Period for Prize Periods 1 – 16. One (1) winner
will be determined from all eligible entries received during each Prize Period as
practicable following the close of each Prize Period.
b) Tie Breaker: If more than one (1) person guessed the correct score of the game
during any Prize Period, then the person who also selected the winning team
will be the winner during such Prize Period. If, more than one (1) person
selected the correct score, and the winning team, a winner will be randomly
selected from such group. Winner determinations will be conducted by the
Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest.
c) Grand Prize Winner: One (1) winner will be selected from the Grand Prize
Period for the Grand Prize. Winners of Prize Periods 1 – 16 will be
automatically entered to win the Grand Prize. Winners will be determined from
all eligible entries received during the Grand Prize Period in a random drawing
to be conducted as soon as practicable following the close of the Grand Prize
Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are
final on all matters relating to this Contest.

8. Winner’s List: To obtain a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope
to the Sponsor at the address listed below. Requests must be received within two (2)
weeks of the close of the Contest Period.
