of record of Mpower Communications, d/b/a TelePacific Communications as of
February 27, 2007, and are hereby grandfathered. Customers who have
purchased products and services under this
tariff may move, add, change or delete services until further notice.
Effective November 1, 2011, Mpower will be a concurring carrier in the general rules,
regulations and services contained in U.S. TelePacific Corp.’s switched access services
tariff (Tariff F.C.C. No. 1), with the exception of the rates and charges for Mpower’s End
User Access Service.
