Let`s Move! WV PowerPoint - West Virginia Department of Education

Let’s Move! WV is an initiative that recommends
schools accumulate 15 minutes of daily physical
activity in addition to physical education and recess.
Schools are key in accumulating the recommended
60 minutes of daily physical activity, most of which
should be moderate to vigorous intensity.
