Mindfulness is a practice that can benefit you individually by eliminating stress, anxiety, and tension by
being in the present moment. Mindfulness extends beyond the individual and has benefits with team
relationships and performance through an increased awareness and being in a state of mind where you
are not judging. This session will help you explore how to bring mindfulness in to your practice while
communicating and listening to others with an outcome that will give you skills to appreciate team
members’ perspectives and increase team creativity and outcomes.
