The players are divided into stations, and each instructor focuses on the skill development teaching of thestation. Our groups are small enough that we provide sufficient repetition to acquire the skills, time to have correction during the execution of the drills and encouragement and support for the players do surpass their initial challenges and succeed. We incorporate a high number of small space games to allow our students to learn play playing, having the game TEACH the game! Our off ice instruction is led by one of Quebec’s finest strength and conditioning instructors who has a track record of building successful elite atheltes bodies to succeed in HOW WE GET OUR RESULTS competition. One of our instructors aids our strength and conditioning coach. We Skate around cones working on quick turns, balance, power skating techniques, carving and edging. We work on puck control skills, stickhandling passing, receiving a pass, small space games teaching creating a line of pass, puck protection, one on one battling.
