1 The Facility is only available to customers who avail of the Business Complete Plan and a qualifying eir Broadband Facility simultaneously.
2 The qualifying Broadband Facilities are - Business Advantage, Business Advantage Boost, Business Lite Plus Broadband, Business Lite Plus Next Generation Broadband, Business Starter Broadband.
3 The monthly subscription for the Business Complete Plan component and the qualifying eir Broadband Facility component shall be charged on the customer's eir bill.
4 Where both components are active simultaneously at the time of issue of the customer's eir bill, a monthly bundle discount shall apply to that bill.

Business Complete Bundle Facility
The Company may provide a facility in this eir Price List referred to as “Business Complete
Bundle” to Business customers who avail of an Business Complete Plan facility and a qualifying
eir broadband facility whereby such customers may avail of discounted bundled rates on the rates
payable on certain Business Complete Plan facilities and certain eir broadband facilities. The
discounted bundled rates and the Business Complete Plan and eir broadband facilities to which
they apply are as set out in above and in Part 2.3.6 of the eir Price List.
The Company may at its absolute discretion withdraw the Business Complete Bundles from all or
any customers by giving due notice in accordance with normal requirements.
It shall be a condition of the application of the Business Complete Bundles (the Facility) that:
1.
The Facility is only available to customers who avail of both an Business Complete
Plan and a qualifying eir broadband facility simultaneously.
2.
The monthly subscription for the Business Complete Plan component and the
qualifying eir Broadband Facility component shall be charged on the customer's eir bill.
3.
The qualifying eir Broadband Facilities are - Business Lite Plus Broadband, Business
Lite Plus Next Generation Broadband and Business Starter Broadband.
4.
Where both components are active simultaneously at the time of issue of the
customer's eir bill, a monthly bundle discount shall apply to that bill.
5.
Where either of the bundle components is not present at the time of issue of the
customer's eir bill this monthly bundle discount shall not be applied.
6.
Usage of the Facility is deemed to be acceptance of the Business Complete Bundle
terms and conditions.
7.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the standard terms and conditions of relevant
Business Complete Plan and eir broadband facilities apply.
8.
The Facility is subject to a minimum 12 month contract period. The contract period will
be deemed to commence on the initial bill date. For the purposes of this paragraph, the
Initial Bill Date shall be the date on which the company applies this Facility to the
customer’s account.

9.

Where the Facility is ceased during the minimum contract period, eir reserves the right
to charge the customer the monthly rental for the balance of the unexpired contract
period.
10.
A customer may cease this Facility without penalty up to 2 weeks after the Initial Bill
Date.
11.
The following business rules apply to customers wishing to avail of the Facility:
•
a customer availing of a broadband promotion or part thereof may be
ineligible to avail of this Facility discount until the broadband promotion
expires.
•
a customer availing of broadband connection promotion may be eligible for
the Facility discount.
•
12.
a customer availing of an Business Complete Plan promotion or part thereof
may be ineligible for the Facility discount until their current Business Complete
Plan promotion expires.
This Facility shall automatically cease on a customer’s account if the customer ceases
to avail of either the Business Complete Plan or the eir broadband component of this
Facility.
In such event, the provisions of clause 5 shall apply and the customer shall
continue to avail of the component of the Facility which it has not ceased on the terms
and conditions that apply to that component.
13.
Applicable call rates are available in the eir Price List.
14.
These terms and conditions together with the eir General Terms and Conditions
constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the Facility.
