different antelope meat:

Low in fat: Less than 0.5 g per 100 g meat
Rich in protein: A high 20 g per 100 g meat

We prepare Karoo Venison from choice cuts of various kinds of antelope which include Springbuck,
Impala, Kudu, Eland, Oryx, Red Hartbeest, Blesbuck, White-taled Gnu (Black Wildebeest) and Blacktailed Gnu (Blue Wildebeest).

Our Karoo Venison vacuum pack range consists of 500 g packs of venison steak, goulash, sausage
and steak burgers.

All meat processing facilities in Graaff-Reinet and Oudtshoorn adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and
Critical Control Points) principles and are HACCP certified by SGS International.
Our facilities also carry the stamp of approval from the European Union for the export purposes (EU
Approval Number: ZA11).

Venison (minimum 80%)
Basting solution (Contains: Water, Emulsifying salts, Dextrose, Salt, Anti -oxidant:
Ascorbic Acid, Stabilizer, Preservative: Sodium benzoate)
Karoo Venison Goulash
Ingredients:
Venison (minimum 80%)
Basting solution (Contains: Water, Emulsifying salt s, Dextrose, Salt, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Stabilizer, Preservative: Sodium benzoate)
Karoo Venison Sausage
Ingredients:
Venison (60%), Ostrich meat (30%)
Water, Sausage sauce, (Contains: Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Caramei , HVP (Soya),
Stabilizer, Preservative: Sodium Benzoate), Cereal (Contains: Wheat (gluten)), Salt,
Spices & Herbs (irradiated), Yeast extract, Preservative: Sodium sulphite.
Karoo Venison Steak Burgers
Ingredients:
Venison (56%), Ostrich meat (28%)
Water, Spices (Contains: HVP (Soya), Rusk (Wheat (Gluten)), Salt, Dextrose, Phosphates (E450,
E451, E452), Preservative: Sodium metabisulphide, Spice oils & Oleoresins)
