How to make a player pass

The player pass MUST:
• Be signed
• Be laminated. You can laminate at Kinko's or using an iron and a thin cloth to heat up the lamination sleeve and
seal it. If the pass doesn't fit easily into the lamination sleeve, trim off any excess on one side.
• Include a color headshot of player that is clear.
On the back, pass must say it expires 31 August 2010.

A player pass can be used for years and years and years. Please put someone responsible in charge of all passes so
they don't get lost. You do not need a new pass if you change teams mid-year or mid-season. Your pass is also
needed for affiliated tournaments, including the Hoy Keg in July and Neptune Va Beach Tournament in August.
If your player registers after Sept. 12th, please have them bring their receipt and photo ID to the field as proof of
registration. Updated registration materials will be mailed out weekly. Questions--contact Tina
