1. Click Start,
All Programs,
Accessories,
System Tools,
Disk Clean up
Disk Clean-up
2. Select the drive you want cleaned up.
In this case it is the (C:) Drive
Click OK
Click down arrow to access (D:) Drive
Click OK
Once Scandisk has finished, you may
Close all open windows.

Temporary Files
1. Open Internet Explorer
Go to Start
All Programs

Remove Cookies, Cache and
Temporary Files
2. Once in
Internet
Explorer,
click
Tools,
Internet
Options
Remove Cookies, Cache and
Temporary Files
3. This will bring up the window
where you will need to click
buttons
#1 (Delete Cookies) and
#2 (Delete Files).
After each button is clicked,
a window will ask if you are
sure you want to delete.

4. Click the OK buttons for
deleting Cookies and
Files
Optional: Clear History
Run an Anti-Virus Scan
1. Go to Start
All Programs
Trend MicroOffice
Scan Client
Run an Anti-Virus Scan
2. Check boxes 
for both Local Disk
(C:) and (D:)
3. Click Clean
Run an Anti-Virus Scan
4. Sample Message that task
has been completed.
