Property Service to be Provided
The Agent is contracted to sell by auction, on behalf of the Client, the property
described in Schedule I attached.

Duration of Agreement

Agent's fee

The fee shall be subject to VAT at prevailing rate at the time of sale (currently <VAT

6.4
The Agent may also charge a fee to the purchaser “the buyer’s premium”. The buyer’s
premium is a commission paid by the buyer to the Agent in addition to the sale price. It
is separate from the fee outlined above. The buyer’s premium shall be <STRUCTURE
OF BUYER’S PREMIUM>. Vat is payable on the buyer’s premium at prevailing rate
at the time of sale (currently <VAT RATE>%).

reproduced on the licensee’s headed notepaper.
2. Items in UPPERCASE within < > should be replaced with the appropriate text e.g. “…on
<START DATE> and…” could be changed to “…on 10 August 2016 and…”.
3. PSRA/S43 Form A1-2016, which was published on 17 May 2016, has replaced and
shortened PSRA/S43 Form A1-2014.
