Home Football Game Permission Slip
Students who wish to stay after school for the game will need to provide this permission slip so that
we can be sure parents are aware that their child is staying after school for the game. If you are
bringing your child to the game, you do not need to provide this permission.
Please be aware that appropriate behavior is required during all school functions and all regular
school rules apply during after-school functions. If a child is dismissed from the game for
inappropriate behavior, the cost of the ticket will not be reimbursed.
Football games are usually finished by about 7:15pm. Please be prompt when picking up your child.
Please meet student near the back turn around area near the field entrance. Students are not allowed
to walk home or to the Vickery Village.

make carpool arrangements to pick up my child at 7:15pm. I understand that failure to pick up my child in a
timely fashion could result in my child losing the privilege of attending future after-school activities.
