Enrolling as a RETURNING PLAYER (played for any club last year, or previously)
Go to: www.srva.org
Click on

Click this green circle:
You will see this screen appear:
Type in the LAST NAME of the player and their BIRTHDATE (check the format mm/dd/yyyy) and then
press :
It will return a screen that looks similar to this: (CHECK to make sure your email information is correct)
Enter your password into the Password FIELD and press the SELECT BUTTON
, If you forgot your
password then press the Forgot button
Once you are in verify the information of the player: (See below)
PRESS the Next button
You will see this selection option here (Choose the one that is applicable) * If you are financially
disadvantage please consult with the Club Director prior to selecting this option* Most of the time it’s
the $60.00 option.
You will get a screen that looks like the one below (please make any changes, like telephone numbers,
email address, change of address, Guardian, etc.) After you have updated press
You will get this screen:
Press OK and it will go back to the information page but if you notice there is a different button at the
bottom now, Press the
button.
It will take you back to the information screen but the heading is different:
Press the
button
Read SECTIONS II, III, IV, V and check the boxes that you have read and agree to them in each Section.
Enter the Verification and E-Sign the document:
Press the
Click the
button.
AND the
BUTTONS. This will give you the forms you need to turn in
ON SIGNING day (November 12 ).

After you have completed Printing then press the
