At the Pacific Palms Market we have a policy for all food containers to be made of a biodegradable material eg cornstarch plates, wooden knives and forks etc. What type of packaging are your products sold in ? Rubbish can be divided into normal waste, bottles & cans, food waste. You will notice these bins around the market. All rubbish and waste eg. Coffee grinds, cooking oils or dirty water need to be disposed of in the correct manner and not tipped onto market grounds.
