MUNICIPAL COURT
You have been given a summons to appear in the Circuit Court of
Taney County, Missouri, Municipal Division of Branson. Your court
date is listed on your ticket or on your bond form.
FOR GOOD REASON you may have the hearing date changed, but
you MUST request this change BEFORE your court appearance date.
This request may be made to the Clerk by telephone at 417-335-4578.

ALL VIOLATONS INVOLVING AN ACCIDENT
MUST APPEAR IN COURT.
No payments will be accepted on your scheduled court date without
appearing in front of the judge.
PENALTIES
If you fail to appear on the date designated, or on the date to which
your case is continued, a WARRANT will be issued for your arrest and
a suspension may be placed on your driver’s license. Maximum penalty
on all charges in the Branson Municipal Court is $500 fine and/or 90
days in jail.
