The Cottages on Mountain Cree, LLC was established as an alternative mental health care facility
designed with a holistic philosophy and approach for the integration of both mind and body.

The program relies on a myriad of both physical and mental modalities which are integrated into
the lives of residents, with a tremendous daily focus on healthy living, including diet and exercise,
as well as emotional well-being. Residents at our unique facility work closely with a team of
professionals and live in an extremely warm and comfortable setting which lends itself to relaxation
and healing.

A Cutting-Edge Independent Living Program
“Step-Up” Housing features fully renovated homes with modern appliances, hardwood floors,
granite counter-tops throughout and tile baths.
Our supportive independent shared single family homes are part of Creekside Services, LLC. ;
located in Sandy Springs, Georgia
Our independent living homes are lround the corner from public transportation, shopping and
entertainment. The location has easy access to all areas of Atlanta, including numerous
employment opportunities.
Our innovative housing program provides a restorative environment that will help residents meet
all their needs for independent living and allow residents to come and go as they please with
supervision available.
Case Management and Medication Management is provided by a staffed professionals for help to
set individualized goals and objectives.
Residents are provided with 3 healthy gourmet meals prepared by our Executive Chef Jennifer
during the week. On Sunday, residents of our independent living homes are provided a
full-course Chef prepared meal at The Cottages on Mountain Creek for family style dinner.

The “Step-Up Program” is available to anyone who is committed to continuing on their medication
regimen, who has an understanding of their psychiatric diagnosis and is ready to pursue a
volunteer position, a vocational program, seek employment or is already employed. Residents must
be older than eighteen years.
Our program is a wonderful opportunity to live with roommates who can provide support, as well
as making use of the resources available at The Cottages on Mountain Creek.
Monthly Fee: $2,500 including MARTA CARD

Fees Include the Following Services:











Fully furnished room within a three- and/or four-bedroom house;
Case Management; Medication Management
2 Supportive Rehabilitative Therapies from list below
All utilities including cable T.V. and wireless internet service, w/d;
Full course Sunday meal prepared by Chef Jennifer;
3 Freshly prepared meals per week
Access to an equipped Fitness Room (on premise);
Brick Patio, driveway and basement;
Flat Screen T.V. (HDTV);
Meditation Garden (on premise)
Private and/or semi-private full bath.
