TRADE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter of this competition is NeV Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 94 146 100 665), 93 O’Riordan St, Alexandria NSW 2015.
2. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any instructions relating to the
competition on the promoter's website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and
Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
4. Entry to the competition is open to residents of NSW & VIC only.
5. An entrant's residential postcode will determine whether they reside in NSW or VIC for the purpose of this competition.
6. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the promoter and any person
associated with the competition, or with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter.
7. An entrant must be over 18 years of age to enter the competition.

8. The competition opens at 0500 AEST on Monday 5 September 2016 & closes at 2359 AEST on Wednesday 30 November
2016.
9. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late,
lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
HOW TO ENTER
10. To enter the competition, you must complete an entry form including your name, email address and telephone number
at any of the following gyms; Crunch Fitness, UFC Gym Sydney.
11. While you may enter the competition more than once, you cannot win more than one prize. You must submit a properly
completed entry form each time you wish to enter the competition.
YOUR ENTRY
12. By submitting your contact details for entry you are happy to receive communications from the Promoter unless stated
otherwise.
13. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in
any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
PRIZES
14. The Prize (to the value of AUD$10,000) only includes the following;
a) Two (2) return economy flights to one of Qatar Airways’ 40 European destinations they operate to, departing from
Sydney or Melbourne International Airports. Total Prize Value of flights: $4,000. The flight chosen may vary in value
but cannot exceed $4,000 in value.
b) X10 Nights accommodation for two people valued up to $4,000 as agreed by Winner and Promoter dependent on
destination chosen
c) $2,000 spending money provided on a visa card
15. Travel tickets must be booked and completed by 31 March 2017. The winner’s preferred dates for travel may be subject
to availability at the time of booking.
16. Flights must be redeemed within three months prior to the departure date.

17. Seats may not be available during peak seasons; blackout periods apply (December 2016 – January 2017) and are subject
to availability.
18. If the major prize winners are located outside of Melbourne and Sydney, all travel to and from this location will be at the
winners own expense.
19. The travel companion of the winner must also be 18 years or older.
20. The major travel prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, airport transfers, excess baggage or any
other costs of a personal nature not stated.
21. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner and their travel
companion.
22. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
23. The winner and their travel companion will not accrue Qatar Airways Frequent Flyer Points on the prize travel.
24. The prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash nor can it be sold to any other person.
25. Flights do not include stopover and itinerary cannot be broken. Name changes or departure date changes may incur
additional costs.
15. Total RRP Value of the prize pool is AUD$10,000
16. Travel must be taken outside of peak travel times. Dates to be agreed between the winner and promoter.

18. Winner will be drawn on Friday 9 of December 2016 at 17:00AEDT at NeV Australia, 93 O’Riordan St Alexandria NSW .
The Winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw, as well as announced on the websites:
www.ufcgymsydney.com and www.crunch.com.au and relevant company Facebook pages.

19. Winner must claim prizes by 17:00AEDT Friday 22 December 2016. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on

Monday 6 of January 2017 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prize/s.

20. Prizes are not variable or transferable (unless otherwise specified). Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's
decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or
misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered
with in any way.
21. In the event that any prize (or any part of the prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the
Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written
directions from the various lottery authorities.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of the Winner and any other
information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose
decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance
with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this
promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of
accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
